I was completely satisfied with Accurate Leak and Line from the initial site visit, the scheduling of my sewer line repairs and subsequent follow-up on my job. Each team involved in my project was timely, courteous, and professional. I appreciated the fact that options were presented to me so I had a choice in the scope of work to be performed and all work was completed at a fair price. I highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line for all your plumbing needs.

The entire team at Accurate Leak and Line are absolutely true professionals. From the very beginning with needing them to come out and give me a assessment on my sewer lines, underneath my house and from my house out to the street(main sewer line). I had two other companies come out previously who both wanted to change out two sections of my old and dated cast iron pipes. The first quote was from Milestone and for both line replacement they wanted $54,000 for their work.The second quote was from Modern Mother Plumbing and they came in at $32,000 for both sections also. Both a complete rip off from prices I researched in my area.(N.Tx). As soon as Scott from Accurate Leak and Line came out and ran cameras down my drain lines. He confirmed both sections of my pipes that needed replacement. Instead Scott suggested that I replace my entire sewer lines which happen to be four different sections in total, because it didn't make much sense to add new pipe materials to old pipe material. Scott suggested a reroute of my pipes from the current ones since we were going to replace all. I was very skeptical about the price of a complete sewer line replacement since I was told from previous companies that full replacement could cost up to $80,000+ (Milestone). It was no more than a day that I received Scott's estimate and was completely and pleasantly surprised. Scott and Accurate Leak and Line gave me a honest and fair price from exactly what I researched online. After estimate was given I received emails and calls from David who made himself available if I had any questions whatsoever with estimate or process moving forward. After agreeing to estimate and setting up down payment and financing everything moved pretty quickly. A week later Christian had sent his team of diggers, and plumbers out who were absolutely awsome and extremely professional. Christian's team was at my home for a whole week, with very little down time on using my water system inside my house.I had down time during the cutting of my old pipes and replacing them with new ,which was no longer than eight hours for me that day. And my second longest down time was when it was ready for city to come out to inspect work which was eight hours also. After work was completed I noticed that my sprinklers were not working. After calling and leaving a message with Christian he had someone come out the next day to fix. When one of my sprinkler line was ruptured and repaired the water was turned off aggressively on my outdated sprinkler main valve and would no longer open again. Christian instructed his team to replace with new main valve and sprinkler was back working again. After a couple of days later I noticed that I had another sprinkler leak this time a minor break. I once again called and left a message with Christian and the very next day sprinkler leak was fixed. If you're reading this post your search for trying to find a professional business who offers fair solutions and fair pricing ,than look no further. I waited months to complete this review just to ensure no issues would arise. I hired Accurate Leak and Line to replace my entire cast iron sewage line that was well past its usable life. I was in a nightmare situation because of a plumber I had initially hired. Accurate was able to step in and actually help me fix my problems.

They did very good work with minimum down time with our sewage system. We were only down to a single bathroom for one day and night. I was very taken back by their price estimate. It’s was significantly lower than three other bids I had received to a point it felt like it was too good to be true. I spoke with the project manager and explained this is all they do compared to conventional plumbers which allowed them to be extremely competitive in their pricing.

The job process was efficient and as painless as possible with no unreasonable disruption to my household. Their crews were polite and professional. This kind of repair can be stressful as it is costly but I would 100% Accurate Leak and Line to anyone who needs their sewer replaced. I plan to reach out in the future for epoxy relining of my exterior sewage line.

Accurate Leak & Line in Austin TX replaced the old leaky cast iron plumbing under the church building. They tunneled under the building replaced pipe with PVC. They did a great job! All the houses around my neighborhood have cast iron pipes that either have or will need to be replaced. As such, we frequently have sewer replacement work going on in our neighborhood. I’ve seen several companies work and think Accurate Leak & Line did the best job of all of the ones I’ve seen. They were pretty quick in working, cleaned up really well, and my lawn is in pretty good shape. My biggest concern was how my lawn would be afterward, as I’ve seen many lawns really come out awfully after this type of work is done. My lawn is probably in the best shape of any of the lawns in my neighborhood after they’ve completed similar sewer replacement work.

Accurate Leak and Line replaced all of our old patchworked lead/cast iron/clay/PVC cracked, leaking, and seperated sewar pipes in the house we recently purchased. We were told the project time would take 3.5 weeks, however they finished in 1.5 weeks to try to save our lawn and landscaping. We are grateful for their expertise in concrete slab leaks. Accurate Leak and Line delivered on all promises.

Knew I had a leak under the house, they came out, diagnosed the leak quickly, then a little later they fixed the leak within a few hours and my water bill was back down to normal. They were very nice and quick and cleaned up after their work. I was happy I used them, but hope I don't have to use them again.

I have never written a review for anything but Accurate Leak and Line San Antonio 100% deserves all the stars I can give and then some! These plumbers went so far above and beyond to fix our slab leak and main sewer line break. We contacted a couple plumbing companies and these guys were the only ones who offered the ability to do an interior fix using their epoxy method. This fixed our line in a long-lasting, high quality way, and it also caused no damage to our beautiful tree in front of our home (something no other companies we found were going to be able to do). Our yard and landscaping looks just as it was before, no mess to clean up or giant excavation to recover from. Our slab leak came with a million plot twists and issues and they worked tirelessly to fix each thing that cropped up. They solved the problems with the best quality pipes and routed them in a way that will take care of our home for decades. We won’t have any plumbing issues during our lifetime, thanks to the extensive work they did! They did more than fix our leaky and broken pipes, they brought peace of mind. But their efficient and high quality work is just the start. The level of professionalism the crew showed was remarkable. I cannot speak enough about how wonderful these men were to work with! They were great communicators, always punctual, focused, hard working, kind, and personable. From the big deal things like fixing our plumbing issues, to the smaller but powerful things like respecting our home and putting slipcovers on their shoes when they walked through or filling us in on the details of their repairs or the politeness with which they arrived and began their work, right down to being so kind and accommodating to our young children who wanted to watch their work. After 24 years in our now 50 year old house, the beautiful live oaks' roots invaded the sewer under our slab. I called one company that wanted $500+ to run a camera and check the situation. Called Accurate Leak and they said $300. They also have a system of repairs for leaky sewer lines that can be done from above with no digging. The root invasion did not allow this so a tunnel and repair were necessary. The quote from Accurate Leak was substantially less than the other company's quote. They did the job in a timely way. Also very importantly they provided good continuing information on when the different stages could be accomplished. As a bonus they installed a new toilet at no extra charge.

They would have gotten 5 stars were that level a choice.

The service was thorough. The price was good. I wasn't on site but my neighbor, who had his plumbing rerouted years ago, was impressed that the crews' work was neat and clean. Christian took care of follow up issues.

We had our cast iron pipes replaced and had them extend our sink/electrical lines to make an island. Additionally they added an outdoor sink and lines for us. They showed up on time, hydrostatic tested all repairs/ extensions and didn't leave a mess.

They were much more affordable than big named plumbing companies in the area and offered a 10 yr warranty. I would highly recommend them and would do business with them in the future.

Accurate Lean & Line performed a full sewer Line re-route for my house. Their price came in substantially lower than others (still pricey) and the qualtity was fantastic. The crew was very professional and went above and beyond. They fixed leaks and replaced valves outside the scope of the work and did not nickel and dime us. Will use again in the future. to call us and no response. The 21 ft to tunnel is 10k, 15 ft is 3k, and 10 ft is 3k. Why is 21 ft 10k? Not impressed with the office at all with their answers.

Top notch company gives you honest assessments and provided outstanding customer service from the beginning to end of job! Fernando, Haddon, Josh, and Michael explained the entire process from the hydrostatic testing to the found issue to repairing the leak in the main water line. Answered all of my questions and was professional the entire time. They didn't try to charge me for anything that wasn't needed and their secretary provided updated invoices everytime. By far the best plumbing company I've dealth with in San Antonio will definitely be calling them first if needed in the future. Very professional company offering sewer replacement as well as CIPP Liner. I took 3 bids for the complete sewer replacement at my home. AL&L was slightly higher than the low bidder, but they were the only company offering a CIPP Liner as an option. The main reason I chose them was their ability to provide a Liner for one sewer line, which would cause less landscape damage in my backyard. However, they discovered a problem when they were ready to install the Liner, and had to tunnel 20 ft under our slab to connect to sewer piping they had already installed, which was more costly to them. They did considerably more work than originally planned, but they did not complain, and finished the work within the originally quoted price. Bottom line: we are very pleased with our choice of AL&L, they were prompt, professional, thorough, efficient, and returned our landscape to the condition they found it in when they began (within reason).

I had Accurate Leak & Line fix my slab leak of my 1971 home in Irving Texas. This same area was fixed 15 years ago by a different company and now went bad again. After talking to and getting quotes from 3 different companies, we picked them. Their price was not the cheapest but it was by far not the most expensive. We worked with David whom explained in detail how the repair would go down. He took his time in doing this not in a rush. Accurate Leak & Line have very reasonable financing too which we used due to it being the holiday season. What my wife and I liked best was the quality of the work that was performed. They suggested using a rerouting method that abandons the old pipe under the foundation. A new line is then re-routed non invasively through the walls and attic. I was told Accurate Leak & Line has a specialized crew that does this very modification 4-5 times a week every week. We had Brad and Juan for our repair and they were very polite and professional. We could recognize these people knew what they are doing and do it correctly the first time. We have had zero issues and our water meter out front is not spinning around and around with the inside water shut off. Water bill back to normal. They guarantee their work if any issues they will come back out but like i said we all tight. Thank you Accurate Leak & Line Highly recommend Accurate Leak & Line. No one wants to hear they have a foundation leak, but Accurate team did a great job from the initial service rep to the teams closing back the holes after the work was done. Would use again.

Highly recommend Accurate Leak & Line for cast iron sewer pipe replacement. Received five bids and Accurate Leak & Line were the lowest bid and most knowledgeable. We had all of our sewer pipes replaced including the pipe in our yard going to the city connection. They completed the tunneling, trenching, new pipe install, inspection, and backfill in 10 days. All of their staff and subcontractors were excellent, hardworking people and very professional. They made a dreaded task into a positive experience. Accurate called 15 mins before appointment to cancel. I had someone drive an hour accross Dall for the meeting as it is a commerical project. Upon discussing with further it was deterined they are unable to locate domestic water line leaks and they are focused on repairs. They recommended calling American Leak. Disappointing that after making an appointment for a week out they called and backed out. Website is misleading as it appears they offer leak detection.

If I could give 10 stars I would. after a quote from another well known plumbing company of over 10 thousand dollars I found these guys,Josh ran camera and hey there was no problem ,if your looking for excellent honest customer service and a company who knows their stuff look no further.

If he provided an unlikely customer with this level of sevice, I can only imagine the quality service real customers receive. Hard to find this calibre of customer service and integrity these days.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the extensive work done at my house by the team at Accurate Leak and Line (AL&L) to replace my worn-out and leaky cast iron sewer piping with PVC. They were recommended to me by a close friend from my church for whom they had done a similar project a year or so ago.

I’m in my mid-60s and have dealt with more contractors than I can count over the nearly 40 years I’ve been a homeowner. Accurate Leak and Line checks ALL the boxes when it comes to being an excellent contractor. Initial assessment, proposal, communication, implementation, and follow-up were all handled with professionalism, consistency and courtesy. They showed up each day exactly when they said they would. When my personal OCD tendencies showed up and I asked too many questions, Christian, my project manager, responded graciously and respectfully to every question I had. The excavation crew from Deanda Excavation was first-rate with every facet of the digging, tunneling and backfill. They took great care with my yard and house during each phase of their work. The team of AL&L plumbers that handled the actual replacement of all the cast iron with PVC (and it was a TEAM – I think it was at least 6 or 7 plumbers) knocked out the entire plumbing job in a single day, and did it with astonishing efficiency. Andres, who supervised the plumbing crew, was very helpful and thoughtful.
The plumbers went above and beyond in ways I definitely didn’t anticipate. For example, they installed two dedicated in-ground cleanouts that never existed at my house before for easy maintenance access at the kitchen sink and half bath drains. If there’s ever a clog, it will be easier than ever to clear. When the project was finished, my house and property were undamaged and greatly improved.

On the cost side – Accurate Leak and Line charged me the same amount that another reputable contractor had quoted – but the competing quote was ONLY to replace the cast iron plumbing under the house and did not include the long run of pipe (actually two separate runs) from my house to the city sewer service at the alley. Because of this difference in project scope, the Accurate Leak and Line quote ended up being substantially lower than the competing quote. And the job is now 100% done.

If you ever need this kind of project done, use these guys! You won’t regret it.

I had a thorny, complex, multi-pronged issue involving pier and beam. They painstakingly and meticulously worked to figure it out, including recommending another expert when needed. We were thinking about replacing our sewer line and got an insane estimate (plus some scare tactics) from Public Service Plumbers. Great guy and an honest man who advised against doing any extensive work since the pipes are working and there’s no emergent problems. You can’t buy that kind of strong character. I came across Accurate Leak & Line and had them take a look and provide a quote for replacing the cast iron with modern pvc pipe. They were very reasonable in their pricing so I went ahead and contracted their services. I could not be any happier. The team who performed the work, both the diggers and the plumbers, were exceptional. Everything went smooth, even though the pathway to the city line was very difficult to trench. I highly recommend this company for major plumbing repair work. They are on time, professional, hard-working, and drama-free (which is not the case with all plumbers!). They replaced our main sewer line out to the street, as well as 4 ft of excavation under the house, and the 3-1-1 flagging and City inspection were included in the process. Couldn't be happier with the work done and great customer service! They came out timely and quickly isolated 2 sewer leaks (where other plumbers could not give me full certainty), clearly explained the work that needed to be performed and time frame that it would be completed under and they exceeded my expectations by completing earlier than anticipated, including city inspection. They used tarps to keep excavated dirt contained and did a great job with cleanup. Other than replacing some grass, you can't even tell they were there!

We live in DFW in a house that was built in 1959 with all cast iron pipes under the house. The cast iron pipes had deteriorated so bad that water was just pooling under the house and causing foundation issues, so we decided it was time to get the work done and re-route all of our plumbing. We got quotes from 3 different companies and Accurate Leak & Line had the best pricing and the longest warranty! They completed the entire project in 8 business days! All the work was done outside, so they did not need to dig inside! We were able to stay in the house the entire time and they ensured we had our water back on each night when we got home from work. We got an update at the end of each day about what was done that day and what was happening the next day. There was some damage to our sprinkler system (zone not working and sprinkler heads broken) and they even have that covered and had the sprinkler company they partner with come out and fix it at no additional cost to us. The price we were quoted is the price we paid and not a penny more!
I hope no one has to have this project done at their home, but if you do, Accurate Leak & Line is who you should choose!

Christian and Chad with Accurate Leak & line were very professional in the way they deal with my wife and me. My wife and I were buying a home (40 years old) and a foundation engineer who inspected our foundation recommended we have the pipes under the foundation checked for leaks. I selected Accurate to come out and run the initial tests based on reviews I read. They found two leaks in the sewage pipes. After buying the house I selected Accurate to make a proposal and go over in detail with me what would be involved in repairing these two leaks. Chad worked up their proposal and came out to our home to go over it with us. We understood what was going to be involved and what the cost was going to be before work began. The work proceeded on schedule and the whole process took three days and it included repaving a portion of our driveway. I would use Accurate Leak & Line again on any similar issues. I have a high level of confidence in their work and commitments.

We had an under-slab sewer collapse so these guys did an exterior excavation pipe replacement, meaning no inside slab busting was done. Quick, efficient and tidy. Some months later our shifting clay soil caused one of the new fittings to break and leak. They responded immediately and replaced broken piece. Really great work and problem follow up.

A job this massive had me very nervous. My home is 50 years old and the cameras showed clear deterioration in the old cast iron pipes. I called a number of companies. Most bids came in much higher. Nothing is worse than buying an older house (built in the 70's) and discover the plumbing under the house is deteriorating and needs to be completely replaced. Okay, maybe some things are worse, but not many.
These guys came out and gave me a guaranteed quote after about an hour inspection.
I contacted at least 3 different "plumbers" in the area and they all gave me "estimates" that were higher than Accurate's guaranteed price. One even said, "It's going to be at least this much, but probably more once we get under the house."
Anyway, Accurate made us feel comfortable.
Only reason I even consider dropping a star from my rating is because my front yard still looks like an outtake from a Tremors movie. I'm not entirely sure these guys could've done anything about it, but my wife is complaining and when she complains we all lose a star.

Work done on time at a reasonable price. Did some damage to sprinkler system. They appeared to replace damaged pipes but that Zone no longer works. They completed job they were hired to do with expected results.

Been about a year and still happy with their work.
I had a couple other plumbers say they were going to come out and quote to only stand me up. Left waiting. A couple other plumbers wanted to tunnel under the house. Accurate leak used their equipment to trace the sewer lines out and determined it would be better to run the replacement sewer line out side of the foundation as it was a straight shot to the main city sewer line with a minimum of under the foundation digging and no cement foundation work.
Accurate L&L did what they said they were going to do and did it when they said they would do it at a fair price.

My mom house got a crack straight up her brick this past Jan 2017 and I have been having the area evaluated. Her tub had stopped and nothing would clear it until I put weed killer in it and now it drains fine. However, that area stays pretty damp and started to accumulate mold and to prevent further damage I called the city to check their lines and they said nothing was wrong with their lines. So I called AL&L and Chad was detailed in his research and analysis wherein he found that nothing was wrong except that the city line had roots and I needed to call them again to see what could be done before it backed up and got serious. The area also had water that may stand for several hours after rain and the french drain would have to be done most likely. He referred 1st Choice Foundation and it appears their reviews are just as good. So great to have people who are efficient, thorough, professional, honest and fair! It is great to see people who value and try to live the same way I do!

Chad from Accurate Leak is great. Very honest, showed up on time, and provided a timely report. I had a previous plumber out to check the lines for a foundation warranty transfer, the previous plumber indicated that I may have a sewer line leak. Chad showed up and tested the home and found out that only the clean out pipe (used by the plumbers to check the pipes) had a crack in it. No issues with any of the lines underneath the foundation. Chad went above and beyond...saving me a lot of money!
