We had a great experience with Berkeys. Our power was out on a. hot summer night and they sent a technician after hours to troubleshoot the issue. We needed a new breaker, and they came back the next day and replaced it and we had power back within the hour. They took care of coordinating with Oncor to get our meter unlocked. Bryan was the technician on our job and he was great to work with. He took care to make sure everything was working before he left. We would definitely consider using Berkeys again for an electrical issue, but hopefully it won't be needed! Thank you Bryan.

Your slogan… “We’re there when you need us”, 1000%! I needed a plumber ASAP and tried to get another company that my friend recommended to come out. They said they were booked solid and could not get anyone to come out until next month. I called you guys, and someone was scheduled to come out today. Within a few hours I was notified that a tech was on the way. Even provided a picture of the tech that was coming, which I thought was an extra nice touch…

My tech was Theodis, and let me just say, this man needs a raise. He was very kind and professional. Got right to work and cleaned up after himself. He let me ask all the questions and hover because I was genuinely curious of how he was going to remedy the issue. I will definitely recommend. Bahhat, once again, completely came through!

This is my second review because Bahhat continues to exceed expectations. This time, he hung a consignment-found crystal chandelier I was so excited about—and made sure to properly reinforce the ceiling box (which hadn’t been done before) to safely support its weight. Yes, super important! He installed it at the perfect height, allowing the crystals to catch and scatter light beautifully throughout the space.

Not only did he make it look effortless, but he also had to navigate around painters and use scaffolding that had to set up half on the stairs and half under a low ceiling adjacent to the landing. It was a tricky setup, but he handled it with total professionalism and care.

He also upgraded the laundry room with a dimmer switch, so I’m not blasted with bright light at night—supporting my circadian rhythm and overall well-being. On top of that, he removed a ceiling fan, diagnosed why my track lighting wasn’t working properly, explained it clearly so I understood my options, and even helped me with a table and floor lamp.

Bahhat started with Berkeys back in February, coming from the commercial space, and I think that background really shows in the depth of knowledge he brings to residential work. I continue to be incredibly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and care.

So I parking in the HVAC and attic restoration business I understand the inner workings of how a system works and drains from the coil underneath the sink. I did all the steps I could to clean out the P-trap and the primary condensation line myself, but was not willing to do the work behind the wall, so I called Berkeys. Coe Crim came out in a timely manner and was efficient and cleaned out the pipe behind the wall. He did what I called him to do and saved me the hassle. He wore shoe covers, was polite and he even fixed the connection from the trap to the sink copper section.

If you’re not using Berkeys for your plumbing needs what are you even doing? Today I had what I thought was a water heater leak. My technician Clayton was here within an hour of my panicked phone call, dug around in the attic and found it was actually my refrigerator water line that had frozen and was leaking above the water heater. He gave me 2 repair options and had it done quickly. We also discovered the same old copper line was behind the refrigerator and he replaced that as well. Then vacuumed behind it! Then after hours of work, going to and from to get parts, he said “is there anything else you need while I’m here?” He insisted on cleaning my sink faucet gasket that had decreased water pressure. Mark that off the list! No where else will you get service like this. Thank you Berkeys.

Arrived on schedule. Finished when expected. The house already feels fresher and cooler. However, several power outlets were left disconnected and some had to be re-programmed.

The service tech was very knowledgeable and efficient. Busiest time of year and yet they had someone out in3 hours. Didn’t end up going with them but had a lot of good options- just chose a different unit make based on longevity.

The technician came out and within 5 minutes diagnosed my issue as being my sump pump. I had the installer of the pump come out and he proved that it wasn’t the pump that it was in fact the electrical line. When I went back to Berkeys, they said “I stand behind my original diagnostic” and refused to even come out again to try and fix the GFCI issues or see what the other profession thought.

Quick and professional service this morning. They found that a pipe had disconnected and just needed to be glued back together. I appreciate the honest assessment and not trying to upcharge us for other work.

When our lights began to flicker on and off, we called Berkey's Air Conditioning & Electricity. We were so lucky to have them send out Chris Kohr, as he is extremely experienced, competent, and knowledgeable. When he came the next day and assessed our panel and meter, Chris explained that he would call Encore, who later came out & examined our outside lines and connections, as well.
Chris explained that we would benefit from a new wall panel, which would upgrade our 50 year old panel. When Chris upgraded our panel, it also had a surge protector and a light to warn us of any future problems Chris and his assistant carefully tested every light and outlet in the complete circuit to ascertain that each one worked properly. Had an overall good experience with Berkeys. Nick came out when I had a water spigot snap off unexpectedly. He arrived within 2 hours and was able to replace the spigot and salvage the pex that was there. He did me a solid on the price after I already spent thousands on expected repairs for the house I just bought. I did have to have Wayne come back out a few days later though to make the pex line more sturdy but both were very nice and helped solve my problems.

The toilet replacement and the garbage disposal replacement went well. As for the hot water heater replacement, we encounter a circulatory pump malfunction which had to be replaced with Bryce making the replacement acceptable.

I called Berkeys at 8:15 am this morning with the problem of no heat, furnace not working. They told me they would try to work me in probably near the end of the day. They scrambled to not only get someone out here today but he was here at 1:00pm. Mr Jay Dunbar showed up and we briefly talked about what was going on with the furnace. He got in the attic and went to work and came down about 30 minutes later and gave me the news that I suspected, replace it!!!!!!! Jay was very professional and he presented himself as very confident in what he was explaining to me as to what was wrong with my furnace. He had pictures and videos to show me what the problems were. Great employee, Keep him.

Overpriced!! Trying to take advantage of people when their A/C goes down is not the best way to earn loyal customers. According to the tech I have a leak. Quoted almost 5k for a coil replacement or $1600 to use stop leak! New A/C 18-20k! Ridiculous!!!

You have to build trust in my opinion and its hard to find these days. You do right by the people and you have a customer forever. Its always about money with some of these techs. I will not blast the techs name but his first words were, Rheer are horrible and we'll need to replace entire water heater that is only 3 and half years old by just looking at it. 8000$ was the quote by the way. Not only that but wanted to charge 500$ to clean and 300$ for diagnostic check. He said I couldn't garauntee he could fix it if we do that. He said I will do the free part and take the cover off laughing at me in my own home. Call around and get quotes and I am sure you can find a company that you can trust, that is what I will have to do. You may be without hot water for a few days but that trust is important. Give me an honest quote and do the right thing, why is that so hard to find.

Just want to update and say after a 15$ part was purchased we have hot water now on Mothers day. We didn't need to spend thousands at least for now to make it happen. It was the ignitor coil that the tech could have easily repaired even it it was just to give us hot water temporarily. You are lazy and untrustworthy and just ask that yall do better by people.

We were pleased to get a professional come right away and on a Saturday! He was nice, professional and efficient. He got our plumbing unstopped quickly. It was a good experience. We will use Berkeys again if needed.

Technician Akem is professionally good, I rated Him high because of his sense of time management and customer relations, and knows what to do without wasting time. His Customer relations propelled me to sign up membership contract with Berkeys.

Berkeys sent a hvac expert to my home yesterday because my AC was not working, Alex is the expert they sent he was very professional and knowledgeable about all things HVAV, Alex took his time and explain what was wrong to my wife and I. Alex ordered the part told us what the cost and installation and the next day about 8:30 AM installed the part checked out both AC units and serviced them both. It was very nice to have such an honest and sincere young man very refreshing. By the time Alex was finished I felt good about the money I spent on the job.

Called Berkeys for estimate on broken outdoor spigot. Quote was quick and simple and the tech discussed 3 different repairs from lowest cost to worst case scenario.
Scheduled the repair visit for the next day as we had some lightning the day of the quote. Repair tech was on time, super friendly and reviewed the previous quote before starting work. My repairs were the least expensive! Couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome and nicer technicians to work with!! Thanks Berkeys!

I wanted to take this opportunity to express my complete satisfaction with the HVAC installation done on April 22nd and Duct Cleaning done on April 25th by Berkey’s.

The team arrived around 8:30am and worked non stop until around 7:30pm to complete the HVAC job. They met with myself and my wife. Went over what was going to take place. Located the outside and inside units and located the circuit breakers.

Before the team started work on the HVAC change out and duct cleaning, they took time to cover everything including the flooring and stairs where they would be walking. The entire time they were changing out the system they did so in such a manner as to not disturb us or making any unnecessary noise. They took items in and out very carefully without doing any damage to the walls or doors.

At the end of the installation the system was explained to us in a very easy to understand manner. The thermostat was set and the app was downloaded before the team left.

At the end of the experience I asked how I can express my appreciation for the work done. The leader (Rubin Leiva) said it was a team effort and asked not to single out any one person when giving praise. Very impressive overall.

Every aspect of the job was above expectations. Total A+ operation. I will use and recommend Berkey’s to anyone who asks.

We recently had a "Berkeys Day!" We're members of Berkeys' All-In-One MVP Membership Plan." Twice a year, Berkeys comes out and checks our HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Their expert technicians are able to spot problems before they become a critical issue.

First on taps was Christian, HVAC, who has been to our home preciously. He spent over an hour testing and calibrating our Lennox heat pump system with a multi-speed air handler. He washed the coils on the outside heat pump. He also cleaned the air handler and changed out the filter. Wonderful job. Roman and David were next on taps to check our electrical system.

Everything looked good except for our breaker box, which is approaching 40 years old, the age of our home. They also found a missing ground in our kitchen which needed to be corrected. We've known for a few years now it needed replacing. It wasn't bad, but it was old and could cause issues down the road. There also was no room for expansion if we were to need to add extra circuits. Since my wife is still working and won't be retiring until next year, we decided to go on and spring for the next circuit box. Roman said they could be back the next day to perform the change out. We'd be without electricity for around 6 hours. Let's do it.

Benjamin, plumbing, was the final Berkeys' technician for the day. What an incredibly polite and helpful individual. He went through the house checking all the plumbing. Everything inside checked out perfectly. Next, he located our sewer line clean-out and scoped the line with a video camera. Bad news was delivered very nicely by Benjamin. He found a break in the sewer line running out to the curb and connecting with the city sewer system. He also felt there was a break towards the curb probably due to tree roots. He worked us up an estimate, which was quite a bit since there had to be a tunnel dug under the foundation. We said we'd get back with him since we wanted to get a 2nd opinion since.

The attached photos are of Roman and David installing our new breaker box. By the way it was a rainy day but the two of them soldiered on and installed, wired and labeled all the circuits in record time.

My wife and I are very happy we're part of the Berkeys' family know we have peace of mind with qualified professionals taking care of us.

I purchased the VIP package where Berkey's comes and does an annual inspection for Electrical, Plumber and twice a year HVAC. I feel like it is a good way to keep up with maintenance issues and avoid larger issues in the future. The techs they send are very helpful. The last tech for HVAC was attentive, he noticed my filter needed to be replaced and volunteered to do it. Please give him my thanks (forgot his name). I called today and they answered the phone right away. I had a tech over within the first 1.5 hr. Michael Hardin was our tech and he was awesome. He explained everything so easily and he took his time making sure everything was good before leaving. I will for sure use this service again.

I have been using Berkeys' service since 2015 with all good experiences. They are reliably prompt to answer your call and send technician over to take care any urgent issues. They are consistent in quality and provide good warranty to the job performed. The fact that they have qualified plumbers, electricians and HVAC specialists as a team, it is ideal to satisfy your various needs as one stop shop. Hope they can expand the team to cover more homeowners' needs not covered today in the future. Keep up the good job!

After having used their electrician service to the tune of $1000+ in the morning, they billed me an additional $60 trip charge when they sent out a plumber a little later in the day to work on my gas fireplace when they DO NOT work on gas fireplaces.

I specifically told the phone rep what the issue was. They knew it was a fireplace issue but sent the plumber out anyway. The plumber informed me that they do not work on gas fireplaces, just gas lines. The problem I described to them was clearly not a plumbing issue. What a scam! Berkeys? Never again.

Friendly and experienced technician.

I had an urgent need for service involving the electrical panels to our home. Each of the technicians sent by Berkeys Plumbing, A/C and Electrical were personable, knowledgeable and effective. The panel replacement was performed in a day. We were secure before dark that evening.

Always love working with Berkeys! They're technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and they get the job done right the first time. Plus they were very fair on their pricing based on the research I did and they don't charge just for an estimate.

We’ve been with Berkeys for over 10 years. Had a complete HVAC install about five years ago. Have made it a point to have those folks come over twice a year to check everything out. Every tech that’s come over has been extremely professional and competent.. We had Kimball today who did a complete check of our system, including the AC compressor. He replaced a filter and an UV bulb. Check a number of other things and it was a great experience as always. I would highly recommend these folks!

So thrilled by best friend recommended Berkeys Air Conditioning Plumbing and Electrical after I moved into my new home. I enrolled in their MVP Membership which is under $20 per month. Today was my first A/C maintenance inspection/tune-up. They alert you via text when the Technician is enroute with a 30-45 minute minimum window. My Technician was Jay. Jay was very professional and personable. He let me know what he would be doing, answered questions and pointed out any issue that needed to be addressed. I'm so pleased, I recommended Berkeys to my family and friends today. The experience on a scale of 1-5, a 5!
