Casa View Plumbing in Dallas

Today was my first experience with Casa View Plumbing. They were able to come out and fix the problem the same day within a few hours. They were both courteous and professional. I will be calling them for my future needs.

We love them!!! Their team is great. They got us in right away and were able to unstop a drain that another plumber said couldn’t be unstopped. The other plumber quoted us 4x the amount to try to do so.

Casa View Plumbing was recommended by our neighbors and we are happy we called them. They came out recently as we had a plumbing leak. They replaced a lot of old PVC and Cast Iron. After the job I inspected the work and found a section that should have been replaced but wasn't. I called them and explained the situation. They came out the next day and finished the job. No questions asked.

I appreciate this kind of service and I'm happy with their work.

I have been using Casa View Plumbing for over 30 years, maybe longer for frozen pipes to clogged drains from toilet leaks to water line leaks. They have always been timely, very polite, professional and courteous. They just recently replaced a gas line that was corroded. Gave me an estimate that was about half the price of another plumbing company’s estimate. Arrived on time (actually early because of impending bad weather). They completed the job earlier than anticipated and had everything up to current city code. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

I am a senior and they were SO DISREPECTFUL I almost told them to just leave but I needed my heat back on. I had had a new hot water heater installed and was told to have a Certified Plumber inspect it before the gas could be turned back on. Atmos found a leak in my connection for my gas stove. They worked LOUD, did not finish the job as the line they installed leaked so it had to be replaced. Here's another visit but after the way they treated me, I refuse to have them back out to my house. I felt the price they charged was HIGH also.

By the time the gas company got here to turn the gas back on, there was a leak in the yellow line you installed as new. I've had that replaced now. A credit of about $50 is in order, for the new yellow line. I did not touch the stove, only the gas company did and he was careful.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND them and told my repairman to stop sending customers to them and why.

My experience with Casa View Plumbing has been disappointing to say the very least. The woman that answers the phone, I presume she is the receptionist, is beyond RUDE. She needs major training in customer service. She answers every question with an "I don't know". She always sounds flustered and acts like you, as the customer, are a major inconvenience. If Casa View Plumbing is THAT busy that their receptionist can't take the time to provide quality customer service then they need to hire another one. Or maybe the current receptionist just needs to be reminded she's in a customer driven business. Without customers then you don't have a job! Stop treating the customer like they are taking up too much of your time!

As for the plumbers, they are mediocre at best. Do not expect them to go above and beyond and be prepared to have them back several times to fix whatever problem they made worse in the first place. RUN AWAY from this plumbing company!!!

I had a GREAT experience! They came out fast and beat every other quote I was provided. The work was high quality and I was 100% satisfied. Even them sent a box of Tiff's Treats as than you for their honest and hard work!

These guys are honest about what needs to be done and the prices they quoted me were lower than other places I had spoken with. The guys that came to my house were really nice and they didn’t try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. If you need a plumber stop looking and call these guys now. Their prices are great and you won’t be pressured - They also waive the $50 visit fee if you’re a new customer :)

I have used Casa View Plumbing for almost 20 years. I used them yesterday to replace a water heater they installed in 2009. They were prompt and i thought the pricing for the job was fair.
Prior to this they fixed a broken water line under my house and i was happy with those results as well.
i recommend using Casa View for a variety of your plumbing needs.

Highly recommend these guys, they responded quickly and did a great job.

Great service over the phone and I lucked out with a quick service appt. Thoroughly evaluated the situation and fixed the issue with the clogged sewer line. Will call Casa View for all my plumbing needs!

Although we have used Casa View for ordinary plumbing and been a happy customer for many years, we didn't realize they were capable of completing a major project replacing the old cast iron drains in our 50 year old home. But they did a great job, coordinated their work with an ongoing bathroom remodel and minimized downtime to about a half day. They explain things clearly, are professional and work hard to make things right. We appreciate their help.

Plumber was rude, did not call ahead, and very overpriced. I didn’t believe the other reviews but it’s true, these guys are rude, do not use them.

Grumpy, impatient and unprofessional. The price was ok and the work appeared to be done right, but they sure have an attitude problem.

Fair prices, good communication, and didn't have to wait all day for them to show up "between 12:00 and 16:00" like other companies.

I used this company for several years until this guy (an old hispanic guy) came with an attitude and installed a facet on top of the dirt from the old facet. When i went to the office to let them know, the lady acted as if it was my imagination. I asked her to fix the problem with a promise that I wouldn't call them again. The president (owner?) came and was excusing the guy by saying that the dirt was difficult to clean. Then, he told me he would open it just for my own satisfaction. He opened it and I cleaned it, leaving it spotless. (The dirt was obvious, since it could be seen mixed with the clear cocking around it) He put it back and gave me the money back.
