Cornerstone Plumbing & Heating in Dallas

Called for a job, and had one set up for a few days later. We explained at the time of calling what we needed done to a mobile home and they said they could come out. Fast forward to the day they were going to come out, they call 10 minutes before they're supposed to be here saying they don't want to work on a mobile home. They could've just said that days ago when we called instead of 10 minutes before they're suppose to show and wasted our time.

Looking to have a kitchen faucet replaced. Called to schedule an appointment. but..... Was told they were not taking any new customers!!

I can only assume Cornerstone Plumbing is just too busy for any foreseeable future. WILL NOT be doing business with these folks as I start building new house next year!!!

I called to have them to investigate a water leak under the camp. I didn't hear from them the day of, which I expected to based on the conversation I had with them, so I called the next morning. I was told that there was a leak but they couldn't see it and they had "bigger fish to fry" than to try to repair the water leak under the camp. They said the clearance under the camp was too small to get in and when questioned, stated that they didn't even really look because their opinion was that the camp had to be jacked up to get to it. He eventually said it was a safety issue, which if that's true, I can understand, but it wasn't what they started with. So I guess if you're plumbing problem isn't "big enough", don't expect any help from this company.

Diagnosed and repaired my heatpump mini split. Very grateful for thier service. Taylor was great at keeping me informed. Thank you.
