Dallas Plumbing was used for the first time, but it will not be the last. I purchased a new water heater from Lowe's to replace my old one, which was on its final leg. They came out and gave me an estimate for the installation. Their installation cost to replace an electric heater with the same size electric heater seemed ludicrous, so I contacted Dallas Plumbing for a second opinion. Lowe's was also terrible with the ordering process, and I had to call several times just to be told they couldn't find the water heater I purchased from them, just to have it show up 30 minutes later. When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find any of the papers, so I just took it and handwrote a pick-up receipt. Simply terrible. Dallas Plumbing quoted their charges over the phone and scheduled me for that week. Their technicians Gavin and Abel arrived on schedule and completed the task before lunch. They did not charge me for any unnecessary labor or components, worked quickly, and carted away my old clunker after testing the new unit to ensure everything was correct and it functioned. I will definitely use them again. The replacement device works perfectly. Thank you.
