Bought a new dishwasher from Home Depot, delivery team arrived and said that they couldn't install. I called Dial one and they came out the next day installed the new one and took the old. I have used them in the past and they are always professional and their work is good. Pretty expensive but worth it.

Had a very positive experience with Dan and Josh. A difficult situation with my AC unit and they were able to explain the problems well as well as the possible solutions. Dan came back today and installed a defective part. He explained everything and rechecked the system several times to ensure it was working correctly. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service

Dan was incredibly helpful! He explained exactly what was wrong with our air conditioning unit, what we needed to do to fix it and make it last, and didn't try to oversell us on products we didn’t need.

They were able to work with us on a competitive quote for replacing our expensive evaporator coil, the customer service was considerate and prompt. We had a leak with the line to our ice maker and water was getting under our kitchen floor. We called Dial One Johnson and they were able to send Jonathan within a couple of hours. Jonathan and his helper were prompt, polite and professional. We now have saved their number in case they are needed again. Great Service!

Curly was extremely detailed in his inspection of all our inside and outside water faucets. He took pictures for future reference and made a recommendation for our water meter pressure. Even though our house is only eight years old, we already have had a leak under the sink. I wish we have would have signed up for the plumbing and A/C yearly inspection service sooner.

Our AC went out a few days before a long vacation (during peak summer). Joe came out the next day and provided a detailed diagnosis and explanation of the problem. We felt comfortable with what work needed to be done. Since we only had 2 days before we left, Ashley in scheduling did all that she could to coordinate something and get things fixed before it was too late for us. She was wonderful to work with. Overall this place pulled through for us and it was a great experience working with them. We will be using this team in the future! Thank you!

An upstairs sink was suddenly flooding. We tried everything without fixing it. I was having to bail out water every two+ hours overnight, called in a panic for help. DIAL ONE knew exactly what the issue was, came and fixed it. Super helpful on-call person and John, the prosecutor who came out, was great, even explained what more I could do to keep pipes clean. Dan was very helpful with fixing my AC. I was not sure that I could get anyone to help on a Saturday, but he made it work. He was personable and was able to be here when he said he was. He went out of his way to help and went above and beyond what he had to do to fix my AC. I would recommend him and Dial One to anyone I could.

My wife and I both felt that the plumber that was sent to our house tried to take advantage of our lack of experience and knowledge. He quoted us a price of $741 and tried to convince us to buy a new toilet so the total price would have been around $1,000.

We ended up getting a 2nd opinion from another company and got everything done for $240.

We called Dial One Johnson first thing Monday morning. They scheduled an appointment for afternoon, but the technician was actually able to come earlier. Emmett was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He checked the attic unit first, to check the drain pan, and that the filter was properly installed. He replaced the Compressor Dual Capacitor that had gone out on the unit outside. We signed up for the membership plan where they come out twice a year to change the filters supplied by them. The cost of the filters is almost 1/2 of the price of the plan. As an older couple, we realize the benefits of being proactive, not to mention, staying out of the attic.
