We’re very pleased with the recent plumbing work at our home, where three tunnels were dug under the foundation to replace our entire cast iron sewer system with PVC pipe. The plumbers also replaced the wax ring in our hall bathroom, and the photos and videos provided of the work were excellent. However, the third-party tunneling crew left trash behind, which they cleaned up after I pointed it out, and the plumbers left a blanket and a mess of dirt and hard substances on the floor, unnoticed until after payment. We appreciate the quality of the work but wish both teams had been more conscientious about cleanup. Four stars.

I had a wonderful experience! They were very responsive and handled my home emergency swiftly. Everyone was professional and kind. I’m also pleased with the work that was done!

Last week, I was sweeping my back patio off and I smelled gas. We have an outdoor gas fireplace on my back patio, So I immediately turned the shut off valve to the fireplace and then I called the gas company to come out.

Atmos came out and they performed a gas leak search at the shut off valve at my outdoor fireplace. It was leaking at a four-way valve behind my fireplace. The gas company turned off another valve at my gas meter that fed that fireplace. The gas company recommended me to call the plumber.

So I googled best plumbing company in the DFW and JA Flores plumbing popped up on the list. I read some of the reviews and decided to give him a call. The plumbing technicians who came out immediately, identified the leak and replaced the four-way junction behind my fireplace.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the expertise and customer service I received. I highly recommend calling this company for your next plumbing issue!

I would recommend Jason and his team for any plumbing needs. I needed 2 hose bibb that needed to be replace. Jason came out the next day and replaced both in a timely manner. In addition, he checked if there were any leak concerns throughout my house and proposed a few improvements to consider, but he was never pushy. Bonus points for being license and providing the service at a great price. I would consider Jason for any plumbing concerns I have in the future.

This was a local business I contacted when our sink faucet leaked in the kitchen. The estimator and the service personnel were pleasant, worked fast and the work was good. The price was very good, also, $250 for a new Moen and all labour.
The 3 stars are because we never received an invoice on the service day, nor did two direct contacts with the company produce one, though we were promised it.
Records are important for tax, warranty and resale.

I looked around and called numerous plumbers in the DFW area. J.A. Flores plumbing had the best rates and was able to get right out to my house for an emergency leak. My issue was fixed in less than one day when others weren't able to get out to me for a few days.

Let me just start off by saying these guys aren't ranked in the top 37% of the best plumbers in the DFW for nothing. These men have been my go to since the early 2000s. They first started off having my business when they installed my water heater about 7 years ago. They showed up with the most polite, respectful, and patient attitude. They listened to my request and delivered without hesitation. The prices are very reasonable and they are very prompt. I had to get rid of my last plumber because he rigged everything he "fixed".
