Excellent, timely service with fantastic prices. I was pleased with the entire process. They provide consistent rates with no additional charges for emergency or weekend services. Luis was able to tackle an unforeseen leak that was found on a Friday evening, around 5:30pm. He promptly visited the same day for a diagnosis and returned the following day to resolve it. All of this happened in Dallas. I'm truly satisfied with the service.

We had a superb experience. Our technician, Troy was efficient, and stayed until the task was done. Our shower was acting up and he figured it out! They also promised to come by 8pm and arrived significantly earlier which was convenient for us.

I had an emergency and when I called, they arrived the same day. After a representative arrived; I was told that they'd send someone else out the next day who specialized in steam pipes (or something like that). Well I received a call afterwards saying they would send someone else out that same evening. He came and the work was completed the next day (yesterday 1/28/20). They were professional and took into account that I didn't have heat so there were a sense of urgency and consideration on their part. The overall experience was a good one and kept my stress level down. I will be using them again soon.
