Michael Jon Spurgeon was great. Timely, thorough, and walked me through the issues and options. He did a great job of telling me what I need without overselling any services or produced. Basically I have a bandaid fix, or can do something more substantive to fix the overall issue. I appreciate knowing my options, but also being given time to consider them with no pressure to make a decision. I was very impressed with his professionalism and kindness.

Michael and his partner were on time and professional. They came to clean out my backed up toilet. Michael used the camera in my sewer line to see if there were any breaks in the line. He found one break on the edge of my property and where the city line is but he said it wasn't so significant as long as I routinely clean it out. Because the repair cost will be more than I can currently afford. I was able to ask many questions and they were able to explain in a way that I could understand. They were patient with me and my questions and gave me clear explanations and next steps to take in the near future. They even cleaned my tub out where the water backed up into. I am appreciative of the work they did and would highly recommend this company. Thanks for your quick response and the work you did for me.

Jonathan and Jayden have been on this job at my home for several days replacing the gas lines. They are the best. They've gone above and beyond what was required of them to do the job. They know their business very well and both are very professional, friendly, and trustworthy. I trust them in my home without hesitation. My technician Chris was great. He rebuilt two toilets that weren’t functioning well and did a very clean job on re-installation of one of them that had been wobbly and crooked.

UPDATE: I had Chris come back for another job and it was pretty non-standard (engineering some connections between an old plunge and a chiller). Watched Chris do some creative problem solving on the spot and I’m very happy with the results.

Gas Leak! After a $400 gas bill Atmos was dispatched and found a leak on the exterior pipe of the home. Our gas meter was turned off and locked. One plumber didn't want the job, another plumber was throwing out random pricing and i didn't feel like I could trust him. Daryl and Ted with Metro Flow professionally diagnosed the problem and took plenty of time to sit down and explain the issue with gas line repairs, leak tests and pressure test that can potentially and quickly open up a can of worms with leak issues underground or en route to home appliances. They established my trust. I was hoping for the best but prepared for the worst. Jonathon and Alex arrived with parts and did great job on the riser repair i needed. They ran a pressure test and low and behold, it passed! No other leaks! No city permit needed! And importantly no nickel and dime-ing to "find" other issues. Atmos came out same day and restored service. Its hard to find businesses you can trust when your back is against the wall, the guys at Metro-flow really came through and i'm grateful having used them.

Needed to unblock two drains in a Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs and to replace the mechanism in a toilet tank. Quote was for $1,200 plus tax. I had the work done by my local handyman for $150. He even checked the drain lines in my Air Conditioning system. I am happy to pay a fair price but this was just exorbitant and way too much for what was being done. Clearly they charge a fixed amount by task. I would look for a more reasonable plumbing service elsewhere.

We used Metro Flow for a trenches sewer lining project at our office. They were punctual, easy to work with, and very respectful of our property. All of that, and they cost significantly less than traditional sewer line replacement. Highly recommend!

Chris Barnett did a great job fixing a difficult problem that has given us a headache the last three years costing us a load of money. He talked with me throughout the process and problem solved the different alternatives with me. He took care of the burst pipe which was in a very tight spot,and left the area thoroughly insulated . This occurred do to a very thin wall that between our hallway and patio where cold air rushes in from poorly sealed and insulated construction . After this, I don’t think I’ll see him again…..sadly😃😃😃😃he’s wonderful!

Emergencies never seem to happen at 9AM on a Monday. Nope. They always seem to rear their ugly heads after hours or on a weekend. We awoke this morning to a pond, where our backyard used to be. Our dogs alerted us, by "helpfully" tracking mud all over the carpet. Yea. Called our landlord, and after calling three plumbers he uses, none were available. My best friend recommended Metro-Flow. We called, and immediately had the call picked up by a live human being. (Impressive, on a Saturday!) They scheduled us for this evening, but showed up an hour and a half earlier than they'd promised. (Also impressive.) Michael was efficient, thoroughly professional, and pointed out that, he could have charged us for extra work, but prefers to take an ethical approach. (Not just impressive - that's amazing in this day and age!) He had the pipe replaced in under an hour, and we were back in the flow (see what I did there?). Great work, and I highly recommend Metro-Flow for your plumbing needs in the N. Dallas metro area. These guys walk the walk. We are lucky to have found them.

Matt and Jayden were awesome. Fast response on a Saturday, stayed in contact up until my appointment, and took care of everything.

Metro plumbers responded quickly to a call around 5 pm and arrived at 7:30 pm to an emergency situation in which a pipe under our house exploded from freezing temperatures and with temps. in the upper 30s melting ensuing and there was gushing water into our foundation area. Luckily, we have a working sump pump, which was overwhelmed with water flowing up drain-spouts. We shut off our water and waited for metro.

These were highly professional plumbers, knowledgeable and sized up the problem, found the leak in a blown elbow joint and replaced the pipe. This job required crawling underneath and across our house and not an easy job. The insulated the exposed pipes and around a water spigot. Doing this difficult job necessitated removing a small venting screen to the crawl space, which I need to replace, though was pointed out, with permission asked to cut the screen.

I appreciate their quick and professional work but the price is shocking at $1200, which we had little choice to turn away, with the difficulty of this situation. In retrospect, I feel we were taken advantage of, because of emergency nature of the needed plumbing work and difficulty of access.

We found ourselves in the unenviable situation of having a burst pipe in the latest freeze. I called Metro Flow Plumbing in a panic, and they got right back to me. Matt (I think that was his name) talked me through shutting off the water main, and they scheduled me for first thing in the morning.

My technician was David, and he was fantastic! He came in, was very knowledgable and kept me updated on every move he made. He laid out the pricing in advance, and it was very clear and easy to understand. He worked quickly, was very respectful of our space, and cleaned up after he was done.

I hope I won't have more plumbing issues in the future, but if I do, I know I'll definitely reach back out to Metro Flow Plumbing!

Bree was good about keeping me informed of my upcoming appointment and when to expect Michael. Michael arrived on time. He did an excellent job of capping off an old rusty gas line. He carefully removed a 90-degree elbow, cleaned the threads, applied pipe dope and placed a cap. He was careful not to over-torque the cap and damage the threads. He then inspected an outdoor faucet with reduced flow. He removed the stem and made a few adjustments which helped the flow. He offered to replace the faucet. He did NOT push me to replace the faucet and I really appreciate that. In short, Micheal did excellent work, cleaned up and didn’t make a mess, was very transparent about my options and the cost, and was easy to work with. Thanks

I think this outfit is better than Roger Wakefield‘s Texas Green Plumbing to be frank about all things respectfully to be considered & mynd-you? I’m a big big fan of Roger Wakefield.

What turned into a phone call to complain about my next-door neighbor on the other side of the duplex having a tech rummaging in my yard, nosing around in my irrigation system & cut off valves turned into a great conversation with the tech who called me back as well as the manager in the home office & we worked out a project that I’ve been having on my to do list forever-&-a-day for a very fair price even though we went back-&-forth a few times on it they went out of their way to find me every available discount finally settling on one final one (senior citizen discount) because I’m in my 60s….- At least you get to my grumpy old neighbors water service line & point of access shut off valve off of my property over on his property instead.

They did such a good job on getting my pesky neighbors Main waterline shut off valves moved over to his part of the duplex property line rather than in front of my master bedroom windows that I had them come back & do yet another job a week later, which was that of changing out my backflow valves for the irrigation system

These guys are addictive at delivering great customer service & delivering on what they promised to do when they promise to do it & in a very professional manner as well….& yeah, they’re not cheap but you don’t want cheap.

Michael Murphy arrived on time and performed an annual check on our plumbing. The water heaters were flushed. A toilet was reset with a new wax ring. Caulking and clean up were perfect after completion of the work. A shower hand wand was leaking. Michael ordered the parts and returned to complete the repair two days later. We are very pleased with the work.

We have used MetroFlow Plumbing for years. They do quality work. Their plumbers are professional, always neat in their appearance and their work. While the prices may seem high, I am always quoted a price in advance and the amount is never over what is quoted. We join the Diamond Club each year and have our home inspected annually to circumvent problems. Money well spent. Highly recommend the company!

I really appreciated the crew's honesty and professionalism. Our problem turned out to be a simple mistake on my part (I had inadvertantly turned off a switch), but they easily could have ignored that and installed a replacement part (which costs over $200) and I would have never known the difference. Recommended.

These guys were absolutely wonderful. They have great equipment wonderful cameras they do a thorough job for a reasonable price cannot recommend them enough. They were our second plumbing company to get a quote from and they were head and shoulders above the competition. They told us exactly was wrong didn't try to sell us any extra junk and did a great job.

Ted and Daryl and their team showed up to my house the same day I requested an estimate and stayed there until they fixed the problem. They had to use multiple different methods to get our system working again. Once it was fixed, they explained the problem and how to fix the overall issue. They were extremely professional and helpful. I will always use Metro Flow for any plumbing problems I have in the future.
