Tanner, Grant, and the Brett & Sons Plumbing team deserve a full 10 stars! I had a really difficult replacement project involving a 15-year-old Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. The previous installation, done by another service, was done very poorly. The whole setup was hard to access, with haphazard piping and exhaust, and a gas line protruding awkwardly, all in a tiny row house built in 1908 in Dallas. But the team from Brett & Sons Plumbing came up with a genius solution. They installed a small wall and relocated the new Rinnai to that wall, making it completely accessible. They rerouted the pipes and gas line in a more logical and unobtrusive manner. David and Brandon were impressively prompt in their responses. They even used drop cloths during the work, and cleaned up and removed all the trash afterwards. Truly, the quality of their work was exceptional!

Quality service, I had a clogged sink and a shower problem, Larry was knowledgeable and quick handled both repairs in about 1-2 hrs, even with having to go and get part. Got a quote for my next repair and will be using the service again

The plumber was very nice and knowledgeable. He was done in a timely manner, I would estimate about an hour. I had a leak at the base of my toilet and a leaky pipe in my kitchen. My only complaint would be the pricing. In my opinion, it is pretty expensive, but this is my first time using a plumbing service, so I had nothing to compare it to. I can understand the price of the toilet fix as it had to be reset ($298), but the kitchen repair seems to be overpriced ($387). It took the plumber about 15 min and appears that only a tubular pvc pipe was repaired/replaced. This does include a 3 year warranty. After speaking with a couple people afterwards, I probably could have gotten it done at a more fair price. I will be sure to shop around next time. But all in all, the repairs have held up so far.

The cause of a major sewer line backup was identified and restored Replacement was expensive because of the size of the project but was a fair price. The trouble was completely resolved after one day fix and was well done.
