Mr. Rooter Plumbing was able to get us scheduled same day (on a weekend). Jacky was our plumber, and he worked on the issue all day diligently. He kept us incredibly informed and was forthcoming, kind, and upfront about everything. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and he helped us to prioritize repair issues. We're glad that we have found a new, trustworthy plumber in him and Mr. Rooter!

Pasqual met me outside and we introduced ourselves and he asked me about my plumbing problems. Not sure I explained it well, we went in and checked the Master bathroom sink and commode. Next went to second bathroom and checked commode. He felt he knew what was happening and explained that and wrote up an estimate and I agreed to work and he got started. He fixed the drainage problem in the sink and the commode and then moved onto the other commode. Think he needed a part, so he went to store and come back and repaired the second toilet. Showed me that all was working satisfactorily and he also went under the house to check out something down there and gave me his opinion about my cast-iron pipes. I appreciated that. Paid up and said our good byes. Not sure exactly how long he was there, but he worked steadily the entire time. He was very professional and personable.

As a plumber, the person should be aware of issues and not directly go to the cutting the wall. He came to my house and before going up and down the stairs, looking at different faucets, and whatever is in front of our eyes, he cut the wall, charged me a lot for it, and now I have to pay someone to come fix the wall. This all could’ve easily been avoided if he looked for alternative sources of the leak rather than assuming it’s the wall.

That guy is not much of a plumber a simple stoped up toilet he was not able to get it open and charged me 485.00
I called a different company he solved the problem in less than 10 minutes charged me 165.00
People don't use Mr rooter they are ripp offs.

I have had Pascual come out for two different reasons in the last couple of months and he is not only very friendly and professional, but, but he knows his stuff. He diagnosed and fixed a problem we have had with our plumbing for 8 years plus. I had so many plumbers out that would tell me it is not in our building suite specifically and it was the building management's responsibility. Once Pascual came out, he got to the bottom of it in 15 minutes. I cannot believe we dealt with the smell of sewer in our animal clinic for so long prior to Pascual coming out. He is super awesome!

Thank you Pascual Adame for your service. He found a broken pipe in the yard we thought was a blockage. He was out the next day only because he needed a digging crew and fixed it. He provided me with a few options and we found what would work best for my situation. Costly repair but glad they were able to help very fast.

Needed an emergency plumber for clogged and overflowing drain that was dripping through the floor and damaged the ceiling- called Mr Rooter and they sent a young man who in 30 minutes who completely took care of the problem - unclogged bathroom drain and checked AC condensate line and put us in touch with their restoration team. That team called us within 15 minutes of the technician leaving and scheduled an appointment for the morning to tell us about how to take care of the damage. Great and quick work with respectful workers.

I had the best experience with Mr. Rooter. I woke up Easter morning and came downstairs to my dining room and kitchen
flooded. I called Mr. Rooter and they said someone would be out 11:15 am. At 10:55 am, Ian Ontiberoz, with Mr. Rooter showed up. He was absolutely fantastic! He immediately turned the water off so no more water would leak. He located where the leak was coming from. He determined it was the hot water pipe because the water was hot from the leak. So he turned the water back on but shut the hot water off so I would at least have water. He called restoration team for me so they could get the water cleaned up and getting fans going. The restoration team was there within an hour. The cleaned up the water and got the fans and dehumidifier going. At least that put my mind at ease. The next day, Ian was there first thing in the morning with another technician, David Couder. They determined that the leak was coming from under the slab. They said instead of tearing up my kitchen floor, they would have an excavator come out and dig a tunnel outside under the slab. David and Ian were so great with communication Both were always keeping me up to date of what was going to happen and what was going on. This was a very frustrating situation and Ian and David made it less stressful for me. I couldn't ask for better service. Ian and David were so knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. They fixed the leak. Both of them were here everyday till the leak was fixed. Ian and David did a fantastic job and because of these two, I will be using Mr. Rooter from now on and requesting these two. I couldn't ask for better service than from Ian and David. Thank you so much Ian and David.

These folks always done a great job, never gouged me for services rendered, and their technicians have been very professional and positive. I used to work for a Heating and Air Conditioning Company, which did plumbing as well, and even when I had the employee discount, their work was shoddy, their attitude was crass, and they would arrive late to my home. The last time I was told they would be at my home at 10am; the joker arrived at 2pm. This was one of the 1001 reasons why I ended up quitting that job.

Our water heater leaked last night and we called the number at midnight and spoke with Keifer. He was so professional, honest and helpful! First off I want to say I have no problem with the technician he did what he was supposed to do but I want to tell you you charged me $2500 to hook up two toilets and all you did I bought two flanges and you set the toilets on the hole and bolting them down I think $2500 is a lot of money. I will never use you again. I’m going to post on the Better Business Bureau about what a crappy company you are. I’m telling everyone I know what a crappy company you are and telling everybody to hire a local plumber that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever done was to pay someone $2500 to hook up to toilets that’s all you had to do was put the little water thing on screw it on and screw the toilet to the bottom of the floor that’s not worth $2500. You are a horrible company. I’m also gonna put this on the Better Business Bureau. I’m putting it on Facebook. I am telling everyone I know not to use you.

Seth was friendly and kept me informed about everything he was doing to fix my problem (broken off faucet outside with a pipe broken off flush with the bricks on the wall of the house). Plumbing repairs are stupid expensive, but he kept it in the hundreds of $, instead of the thousand(s) of $ I was afraid it might be, based on a previous experience with another company. I would definitely recommend giving Mr. Rooter a call if you find yourself in an unexpected crappy situation where you've had to turn your water off for your house (like I did).

I’m trying to say they r bad bu in my experience with them was sucks .
They quote for diagnose problem $550 some i said okay. Plumber came he did his job as he said he found leak basically he diagnose the problem as he said it didnt take that long to find problem thats y my quote came down to $280 according to they said i have to go through water restoration team and they call them one team and they start their inspection and quote me $7800 just make dry that place and another $7800 fix those back according to Plumbers coz leak was found that place. Thats okay too but i didnt feel okay so thats y i call next Plumber and restoration team and they did their inspection and they found actual leak was from different bathroom which make shock first team they werent not even close where the leak coming from . What happened if i just followed them n went with them and spend 16../17 k for nothing

I called on a Sunday morning and was given an immediate appointment. The tech arrived and quickly cleared my drain line so that I was functioning again. We discussed my situation, which was a tree that was planted right over the sewer drain line, and other options given.

Mr. Rooter had to come out to the rental property we are staying in while our home is being repaired. First it was the plumbing in this old 70+ year old home. All of the pipes had to be replaced. No sooner was the plumbing situation fixed than we smelled gas a couple of days later. So the gas was turned off and the gas lines needed to be replaced. Our initial plumber and the one who saw both projects through, Tun, was phenomenal. He made sure the plumbing was good to go and that we had gas and it was working properly. Pascual came out to help with the gas lines with his experience. He was great as well. We are very appreciative of all their efforts and recommended to the home owners to continue to use Tun and Mr. Rooter.
