Very easy and quick to get an appointment scheduled for the same day. The tech communicated when they were an hour away and he arrived within the window given. Devon was friendly, prompt and helpful. He communicated clearly what was needed and got us taken care of quickly. Very fairly priced as well.
I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Paschal GUARANTEED work on our air conditioner. Their comfort advisor (AKA salesman), Justin Vendola, came out at our request. We wanted a quote for adding an additional unit. He told us there was a fix they could do to the existing one that would only cost $1,800 vs. $15,000 for an additional unit, and that would GUARANTEE us a few degrees cooler in our house. They sent techs out (Ramiro Conchas) who did not bring the promised materials or do the promised work. They said to give it overnight to see if it cooled, but it continued to get warmer. At 1:00 in the morning, my husband went into the attic. He opened the attic stairs in August in North Texas, and cold air blew out! When he got up there, he found that there was ductwork that was connected to the plenum but not anything else and was blowing our very expensive cold air into the attic. He contacted Paschal. They sent out another tech, Yasua Jiminez, the next day, who agreed that the work was done incorrectly and that the wrong parts had been used. He said he had used a temporary fix to get us through the weekend and that someone would contact us the following week to have the work completed. No one contacted us until Wednesday when they sent us a bill for $1800 for work that had not been done. The email said to respond to the email with any questions. I responded immediately, explaining the situation and asking someone to contact me. That was five days ago, and I have yet to hear a single word from them. Our air conditioner is working WORSE than it was before they came out, and there is still air blowing into our attic 10 days after they first worked on it. This company is clearly dedicated to scamming people who don't know better. They do not care about their customers, their reputation, or fulfilling their promises as is evidenced by their lies, shoddy workmanship, and unwillingness to communicate with their customers when they have been found out. Please save yourself the hassle and discomfort of using this con organization for any of your home needs!
Update: Paschal responded to this asking me to email customer service again on September 5th with all the details they already have, but I did it anyway within an hour of their response to this review. That was 10 days ago, and they still have not responded in any way. They have not returned to complete the repairs. No pride in their work or regard for their customers. Please, don't get scammed by this company or any fake positive reviews.
Update 6 or more months out from the original visit: Paschal never responded to any of my attempts to contact them. They never completed the work. They never followed up with me about the bill. Absolute radio silence... until today when I found out they sent me to collections for a bill I don't have for work that wasn't completed. Absolute thieves and crooks!
Chris and Bobby came in to give me a second opinion. First plumber said we'd need to replace all pipes under the tub. Chris and Bobby proved that the pipes were sound, then identified the new roof and a cracked tile as my sources of moisture infiltration. My roofer will fix one, and I'll fix the other myself.
In short, they saved me 1300 bucks, and made themselves next to nothing. They found a ton of stuff that would be good to work on, but basically resolved my emergency for free. This is my go to company now.
Absolutely ridiculous customer experience. A/C broke down last week on a Monday and had a technician come over the very next day. He said he needed to order some part to complete the repair and would let us know by Thursday at the very least.
Made no attempts to contact me despite multiple calls requests to have an update so I know when to take off work. I called again Saturday and was assured that they can work on it late Monday or morning Tuesday, so I made an appointment Tuesday morning (a week after the first appointment). Take off work Tuesday and no one came.
Called around 1pm and was notified that they were missing 1 out of 2 parts from an order. This was the manufacturer error so fine... Then I was assured that they got the part later in the day and will come out first thing tomorrow morning.
Wednesday morning came and nothing. I made sure to confirm the appointment first thing in the morning and was assured that I have an appointment today. Had to make multiple calls and messages to find out that it was moved to Friday. No communication was made when the appointment was moved or why it was moved until after the original appointment.
Can't believe I had to take 2 days off (now an additional one on Friday), and paying the service fee & parts just for them to constantly move the date, not communicate any updates, and almost 2 weeks of no A/C during a hot Texas summer. Absolutely baffling..
Scheduler said between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM, but would be first call so likely 8:00 AM. Showed up at 12:07 PM. Scheduler promised they would bring a filter I needed, or call later to reschedule if they did not have it. Next morning, I called at 10:00 AM to confirm filter. "Yes, manager reviewed, and it is on the truck". On arrival, no filter.
Technician made an error opening a drain line and flooded through the ceiling, about 1 gallon of water. I had informed the technician that the condensate drain line was plugged, resulting in overflow, but he did not drain condensate before opening the drain line. I showed the technician how to drain condensate into the overflow pan before opening the condensate drain, and he may have cleared the condensate drain line, although not certain.
Two weeks later:
Paschal acknowledged the issues. As remedy, Paschal sent a more experienced technician to re-do the inspection and ensure the condensate line was clear. When the previous technician had allowed condensate to flow through the ceiling, it flooded a fluorescent light fixture, and we were concerned about using it, so Paschal sent an electrician to replace it. The re-inspection and light fixture replacement were done gratis. I am grateful to Paschal for swiftly remedying the previous work. I have changed the rating from one star to three.
A couple of weeks ago, I scheduled a service with Pascal. A technician came over to take a look at my AC unit. She told me that my Freon was very low, which meant there is a leak somewhere. We went to the attic, she brought out a Doppler type device & started investigating where the leak was coming from. She was playing around the evaporator coil. She was confident that the leak was around the evaporator coil even though the Doppler device was not beeping. She stated that there was corrosion around the evaporator coil & she was convinced that is where the leak was coming from. She then told me that the evaporator coil needed to be replaced. I asked how much it would cost. She said about $2350. I had recently replaced my roof after a bad hail storm & I didn’t have an extra $2350 sitting around. So I told her that is it possible to replace the Freon & hopefully maybe it would hold up for a few weeks while I gathered enough funds to replace the evaporator coil. To be fair, she said well she could replace the Freon but she could not guarantee how long it will hold up. She replaced 3lbs of Freon charged me $300+ & she left. This temporary fix only lasted about 10 days and the unit stopped cooling again. Since the first technician had told me that the evaporator coil needed to be replaced, I was convinced I had no choice now & it had to be done. So I called the company again & told them that I am ready to get the evaporator coil replaced now. An appt was scheduled and the guys who were to install the evaporator coil showed up ready to install. But before they started the work, I don’t know why I asked them how much it was going to cost. I had been under the impression that it will be around $2350 all along. To my greatest shock, I was advised that it will be around $4750. This is twice what I was expecting. I told them that they can forget about it. I don’t have that kind of money & they left. Scrambling & not knowing what to do. It then occurred to me that I had an AC technician’s phone number in my phone. I had gotten the # about 10yrs ago when construction was still going on in my neighborhood from one of the guys installing a brand new unit. So I found the # & gave him a call. He said he was too busy & sent over his partner. I was initially skeptical but he assured me I had nothing to worry about. Him & his partner had trained together with the United States Marines. He assured me that he is very experienced & knows what he is doing. His partner showed up and I showed him the outside unit I was having trouble with. Me still thinking my problem was with the evaporator coil & explaining to him my experience so far. He simply just told me he is not interested in what the previous technician told me the problem is. Within just a few seconds of looking at the outside unit, he said you are losing Freon right here. He showed me the oil stains on the outside unit. I was still trusting the Pascal technician thinking my evaporator coil needed to be replaced. He then said ok, let’s go to the unit in the attic. He opened it up looked around in there & asked me do you see any oil stains anywhere. I didn’t see any oil leaks. He said if your evaporator coil is leaking, you will see some type of oil stains around here. To cut the long story short, he welded the copper on the outside unit that was leaking. He replaced a capacitor that was damaged and replaced the Freon. Total for the job was $955. To say that I am terribly disappointed with Pascal would be an understatement. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone ever again.
My air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I mentioned this in passing to their HR representative, Makayla. She suggested that I call customer service to get a quote. When the technician came out, he was so thorough and professional. He showed me his recommendations Along with price quotes for temporary repairs as well as replacing the entire unit. I was surprised with how reasonably priced the quotes were. I decided to replace the entire unit. I would definitely recommend this company.
Bobby and Garrett did a great job replacing the shower cartridge in my bathroom. It was a big job and took quite a while. They left the bathroom clean and just the way they found it and now my faucet works better than it ever has!!! Very professional and knowledgeable!!!

Before Paschal acquired my prior HVAC service company, I received phenomenal service. Since their aquisision, service has degraded every year. This year our routine service took half a day and I'm convinced the tech was youtubing how to do everything. 4 weeks after our clean bill of health, our unit is dead. Run away.

Not even a Courtesy phone call to keep me updated.,?? Don't use them !! We have used Walker for years and appreciate them very much. They have put in two HVAC systems and done routine checks and maintenance on a regular basis. Their guys know their stuff and have never steered us wrong or tried to upsell us on anything. The updated scheduling system needs some tuning up and it would be nice to receive a heads-up if technician is more than an hour beyond the 4-hour window given. Calvin is awesome -- so knowledgeable, focused, and thorough. I flip on my systems with the confidence that they are in good shape and safe. Now, if you y'all could bring some fall weather! [Edited in 2024] I continue to experience issues with their automated scheduling service: multiple 'reminders' and exhorting me to make appointments I've already made. Have talked to them about how annoying this is. Also: talked to them about reminding their techs to stay focused on the issue at hand and STOP opining on my household decor OR my decision to have carpeting in parts of my home. It's none of their damned business! Very awkward. If service wasn't good, I would switch companies because of the unnecessary comments about my home decor. Stay on task.
Charley Westmoreland, came out today and did some work in the front yard. He did an excellent job. I would have given him a 10 star review if they had it. We have never had a such a good plumber before. We plan on asking for him from now own.
I really like this company. Always responsive and professional. They take their time and do a good job. I've used them for over five years.
Update. Had to have system replaced much too soon. Guys putting in the new system were surprised with what they found. No longer recommend.

Caveat emptor! When they were Walker, about 5 years ago, they installed new A/C units with a 10 year parts warranty. Here's how this works now that Paschal bought them: if something fails with your AC, they'll be glad to "order the warranty part" and you can wait 3 weeks--or you can choose to pay an extra few hundred dollars, and they just happen to have a "replacement part" on the truck. This is known as "sheep shearing" in the industry. So BE CAREFUL with these guys nowadays!
They’ve helped us repair a clogged drain two years in a row. This year, Jorge Diaz was our technician and spent almost two hours in 88 degrees inside repairing our HVAC unit. He was beyond kind, progressional, and went to a lot of work to ensure it was fixed for us to have air that day. He is the best of the best and would recommend to anyone! This company used to be great. However, their service and professionalism have really declined. This last appointment was the final straw for us.
We had a plumbing call scheduled for Monday morning, May 1. Mid-morning on May 1, we received a call telling us that the plumber was sick and had to reschedule to Wednesday, May 3. (Do they just have one?) OK, we completely understand. We rescheduled and were told the plumber would be at our house first thing in the morning on May 3.
At 1:00pm on May 3, we still hadn't heard anything from anyone regarding the plumber's arrival. After reaching out to them to inquire about the ETA, we were told the plumber was "held up at another job", and we would have to schedule for next week. Not only did they not tell us proactively about this, but the flippant attitude that our plumbing problem would have to wait until next week is unacceptable.
We have opted to use another company and will not be using Paschal in the future. Such a shame as we used to love them.
We have a unique home layout due to add-ons done over the years and almost no room was comfortably heated or cooled. When it was time to replace our old unit, we got multiple bids, and, in the end, we chose Walker AC & Heating (now Paschal Air). Mark and Cory thoroughly discussed our needs and designed a system adding new returns and improved duct paths. The new system is extremely quiet and energy efficient. Best of all, our entire house is finally comfortable! I highly recommend Walker AC & Heating.
I just had a baffling experience where I called in a problem with my breaker box and they sent out an HVAC technician. That would have been a simple misunderstanding (my AC is affected by the issue) except I was told to call AK Electric because the one electrician they used to have went to work somewhere else.
Electrical services are part of their company name and are all over their website. It doesn't seem like that could actually be the case, but according to them, they aren't currently in the electrical business.
Update: I called the number as requested and this information was confirmed to me. It was definitely unexpected that they have no electricians at the moment, but they are looking to hire. My only request was to let people know this up front and not have their team schedule service they can't currently provide.
We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

NO ON CALL SERVICE....they installed new system....5 months later making all kinds of racket....repaired by David j....fine till temps dropped in 20's with wind chill over weekend....then nothing no heat ... had to wait til monday.....and same problem...just tightened screw ....fixed again??????? ...We all deserve better service than this especially after paying almost $10,000 ....co says no plans to add 24/7...

Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.
Diagnosed issue after isolating different components. Believes thermostat may be failing, as several times recently the unit continues to run although the temperature is above the setting. Only complaint, and not with Benjamin in anyway, is that the prices for installing a new thermostat and for a matching replacement thermostat are well beyond reasonable. I will be doing the replacement myself.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

Replacing your entire HVAC system is a major expense and investment in your home. The system installation was completed yesterday and I can say the entire process has been flawless from the sales conversations to financing and then finally the installation. I usually have lots of questions and everyone at every step of the process was happy to assist in getting me answers. I want to give a shout out to: Travis for his patience and no pressure approach he was awesome to work with, Christie who I spoke with numerous times regarding financing and scheduling. Erick was great even though it was 8pm and solved the problem in less than 1 hours which was critical because temperatures were in the teens.

After the first AC company come and replaced my entire unit. There several things they messed up. I called Walker and Air twice now and both times they were able to fix the issue quickly! Brian Rooker was my technician and he did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend!
The tech was punctual and did a good job and was in an out pretty quick. All the problem was that the thermostat needed a new battery and he could have charged his $85 service call just for replacing a battery but he did other things for the heater maintaining it which I thought was pretty cool. Jorge Diaz came out on Friday Nov 11th and replaced the motor in our Daikin AC and heat pump unit. He did a great job and Walker AC honored our warranty with the previous company, Metro Energy Savers and did not charge us anything for parts or labor. That was exceptional customer service!

Moses was knowledgable, personable and thorough and when he finished the repair pointed out a tiny flashing leak I didn't realize that I had. It turned out that it was a good thing he came when it was raining. Walker made good the problem without charge even though it had been over a year since MES installed the unit. Ill be sticking with them for more services.
The service was called a second time for the same problem that was "fixed" two weeks earlier. The repair technician that came out the second time was very professional and polite. He diagnosed the problem that required parts to be replaced. However, the repair was completed under warranty and parts had to be ordered from the manufacturer.
Over three weeks had elapsed and no follow up by the company regarding the repair status. I had to call the company and request an update. The service representative called me back and said that the parts would be picked up late the next day and ultimately were installed a day later. The system appears to be working well.
If not for the lack of follow up, I would have rated the service call higher.

The technician repaired our outside air conditioner. He evaluated it and called his boss and replaced the part.Everything is working fine now. We even got the maintenance agreement with it.Samier was really polite and took care of our repair.

Bought $45,000 of Carrier Air conditioners for my restaurant. The largest unit quit in June and they said a board win out and then they jumped it and burnt the blower motor up. It is now September and I have been through July and August with no air-conditioning and nothing but excuses. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Richard Walker sold me the unit and never showed up for installation after they made me pay for them in advance. JP Powell does not return phone calls as he was the one that showed up for installation and I never can hear from him. To force a customer with brand new air conditioning to go through Texas summer with none is about is poor service as I have ever seen. Be very careful if you use this company. I just spoke with Megan at Walker air and her suggestion was I can go buy a water cooler or a window unit but they cannot repair my air conditioner because they do not have parts. They can sell me another new unit because they have parts to make new units but my six month old unit is not a problem for them because they already have their money. She blames at all long carrier however I did not write carrier a check I wrote Walker air a check for the units. So if you have problems do not worry you can go buy a water cooler or a window unit to put in your business.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THE TECHNICIAN WAS AT THE DOOR, I PROVIDED THE DOOR CODE TO HIS OFFICE, AND THE TECHNICIAN JUST LEFT WITHOUT EVEN TRYING TO ENTER THE PROPERTY. Found this company with a google search. I needed a HVAC company to assist in my repair and A/C unit working within next 24hrs due to health issues. Other companies were offering appointments within 3-4 day away. Scheduler was very polite and reassuring. Juan was courteous and professional. My system was diagnosed and running within minutes. He checked my unit for additional foreseeable problems. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Would this company recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

If I could give Walker less than 1 star I would. I had and entire brand new A/C unit installed 7/2020 ( Should've went with Willard) and have had soooo many issues but this last issues was it. After multiple service calls within the last few weeks finally found out that I have an evaporator coil leak which the part is covered by the manufacturer but I have to pay for the labor over $1900.00. As a consumer this sounds ridiculous....after paying 10k for a new unit less than 2 years ago. The part is faulty by the manufacturer and all Walker could say well you only had 1 year labor warranty. Their responses was soooo generic and robotic. This is a WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT use their service. Since they've been bought out the service is HORRIBLE. You measure a Company's service by how they resolve the issues outside normal everyday problems. I have multiple properties that use Walker not anymore. I'm going to post and warn consumers on every platform about their terrible service!
Walker AC is a dishonest company and I do not recommend working with them because they will take your money for no reason. J. Marcus told us that we would at least need to replace our compressor ($5,000) but that he recommended that we replace our entire AC because these parts going out cause a domino affect and the whole system would likely start having issues. He told us this would cost upwards of $10,000 and then charged us $85 for the service call. Thank God we got a second opinion. Alex with Dallas Plumbing Company came to our house and quickly identified that the issue was the inverter board AND that our system is under warranty. He ordered the part we needed, fixed our AC, and only charged us labor. I have a 5 month old baby at home and of course we were concerned about not having AC in the Texas heat. I just didn’t expect people to try to take advantage of us like that. That was not professional and now Walker AC will not return my calls or discuss the issue with me.
The original great crew of Walker AC is long gone and have been replaced by a typical corporate greed company that has bozos running the place that have absolutely no experience in AC The new owners(corporate)have completely changed what was a great AC company. Their new prices are just like the typical corporate owned companies, they have basically quadrupled their pricing and now customers are a number and an opportunity to drain the pockets with a bunch of unnecessary add ons. The installation department failed 3 city inspections and ruined my ceilings. Do your self a favor and call another contractor. Don’t walk away RUN as fast as you can.
Our outside a/c compressor failed.
Eric De La Torre quickly diagnosed the issue, proposed a plan and worked the plan to completion. The installation crew was competent and communicated well. We are well pleased with the completed work and the teams sense of urgency from the beginning of the project until the end. We would use Walker again and recommend their services to others.
We have been a customer of Walker for more than 5 years. However, our last experience was very frustrating. We've tried to resolve for almost 2 months. We haven't received a call back in almost a month now and other HVAC companies have the part we need and can install. Walker claims the part it no longer made by Carrier. Which I've verified with Carrier it is. Have to spoke to head of parts, who has not called me back in 1 month and left 4 messages for head of customer service with no call back. Instead of having part covered under warranty by Walker, we now have to pay full price with another company. Walker even installed our system in 2016.

Just as for a simple 6month maintenance but he broke my light in struck without letting me know. Said everything was working fine but the unit was turned off and not working for three weeks while I went on vacation. Same person came back after I called about the current condition and said he was in such a hurry that he didn’t think to let me know about the light fixture he broke and didn’t have time to turn everything back on. Let me lower that 2.
The only thing I wished they would have checked is air volume, If they would have they would have changed the filter out, I did that after tech left, Cooling was back to normal

It's my first time using Walker Air services and I give them a 10/10. Although I recognize that I had to wait several minutes on the phone for them to take care of me, the wait was worth it. Benjamin saved our lives on this day where temperatures will reach 116 degrees. Walker Air were the only ones to help me, after more than 5 calls to other companies.
