Absolutely unacceptable behavior from Reliant Plumbing - Dallas. One of their drivers ran a red light and crashed into our car. The driver admitted fault on the spot and provided their insurance information. But ever since, this company has shown zero accountability. We’ve repeatedly asked for the dash cam footage—they’ve refused to share it and are now actively ignoring and blocking our calls. To make matters worse, our driver was injured in the accident, and they clearly couldn’t care less. This is not just bad business—it’s irresponsible and disgraceful. Avoid this company at all costs. If this is how they handle accidents they cause, I can’t imagine how they treat customers.

Our technician Zen was here on time for the estimate and was able to return the very next day to complete the work and perform a full house inspection. Everything is better than new! Five stars.

Have had several companies out and they have yet to figure out your sewer smell and James with reliant plumbing came out fast and gave me options and I went with there services and he was fast and efficient and made sure to inform me step by step what he was doing and why he was doing it and now I dont have a sewer smell he was a big deal when it came to this I was so tired of getting companies out here to my house, just trying to sell me stuff and not even get the issue fixed, all they wanted to do was tell me a cheap price so that I would choose that company.And then after so long of them being on the job, they're going to double the price. I have been there and I have done that. First time having a plumbing company come out but was shocked at the price. $150 service fee, $500 to dig a 1 foot deep hole 1 foot from the house, and $700 to repair a pin hole in copper pipe. I told him I would get another quote. $650 wasted money. Lucky I had an Air condition friend come fix it for $15.

These people are the biggest RIP OFF you can ever imagine. They came out to give AN ESTIMATE and I was appalled by the price of the estimate. We called 3 hours after the estimate and said we decided against the work. We checked out the extremely high estimate immediately and determined the price was way out of the ballpark. After we called to say we did not want the services offered, they charged my credit card $800 and they said it was because they charge 15% Of what the estimate was if we do not want the work done. THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND THE ADDITIONAL 85% and credit it to my credit card. They have not done so 2 months later. They are scammers and they prey upon elderly people.

I had a simple job of removing and replacing the toilet. I told them what toilet I wanted to replace it with. I acquired the toilet and had it ready for installation. They refused to provide a quote over the phone. This should have been a red flag. Their tech, with no more information than what I provided over the phone came out to replace the toilet. Their quote was $200 more than Loews standard installation. Their business practices are shady and it's unethical.

I had a great experience from Keenan! He has great bedside manners and was extremely professional and personable. I would 100% recommend him for any job.

Zen Gonzales from Reliant Plumbing arrived amazingly quick, considering I called for help after 12 noon on a Saturday. By 3:00 he had tested the water pressure, tested the turn off valve, run a camera to the street and the back yard, and determined that a two point repair should fix me up. He showed me everything and explained every detail. And no extra charge for weekend disasters! Zen inspires confidence.

The service was acceptable, but the prices are extremely high. I needed a toilet replaced and have a new one installed, which totaled $1380. While the service was completed very well, I was shocked at the price.

I had a bad shut off valve leaking in the front yard. Called Reliant Plumbing the next day they sent Joshua out to assess the problem. He tried to get the city's water shut off to close but couldn't. No fear frogman Joshawa tackled the problem in water up to his arm pits, cut the pipe, installed a new valve and fixed the problem while soaking wet and with a fabulous attude! And a smile! What a plumber! What a professional! Will definitely request him again. I was extremely impressed with Joshawa and Reliant plumbing!

2 days in a row I took off work for these guys. They gave me a 6 hour window. Which is kinda crazy but okay. They cancelled each day. They say they r 24 hours so I questioned them today and they said doesn’t look like they can get anybody out today but will give me a call. I gave them a call earlier today just to make sure they were coming and they said they had someone assigned and they would let me know when they were on there way. This just sucks. I lost money by not working, couldn’t accomplish today what I wanted to because I had to go get the correct parts from Home Depot and didn’t go because didn’t want to miss them. Also, I can’t use my kitchen sink or run the dishwasher. This just sucks. They deserve this review and less business. I lost money by not working and time off.

What a waste of time. I scheduled for a job to get done but when they told me what they believed is wrong but not sure, they told me they couldn’t do it today bc they had another job. What’s the point of making an appointment if they can’t do the job when they arrive.

This company was hired to help find a possible leak in my home. Since I rent, they said they required permission from my landlord before the appointment. When they arrived, Evan had not acquired the permission he said was needed. He said he would call his office, and get back to me in a minute. 10 minutes later, he and Forrest had left without another word to me. The possible leak was never even looked for, much less discovered. I have no idea what possible reasoning they could have for such unprofessional behavior. I am extremely displeased.

Edit: Owner claimed to have "no record" of this incident and that it was "posted in error". It most certainly was not. I literally have door camera footage of them arriving, speaking with me, and then leaving without speaking to me again, as they said they would. Do not call me a liar when it is your employees that are at fault.
