We just replaced the water heater in our apartment. We had a Bradford White electric tank heater, which worked very well for 10 years. We replaced the old unit with another Bradford White in accordance with our building recommendations. Jeremy Brown was our technician. He was wonderful. He replaced the unit efficiently and quickly. We would definitely recommend Water Heaters Only if you need to replace your unit. Ask for Jeremy! You will be glad you did.

We recently had a new hot water heater installed by Jeremy Brown of Water Heaters Only. He did a great job! He arrived on the same day that our old unit went down and finished in a few hours. Had a brand new water heater installed on December 20th, 2020. It broke 4 months later. They came and repaired it. They were great dealing with the repair. Fast forward 13 months after the original repair on a 4 month old water heater, it breaks again. The same part broke and I was told the manufacturer was distributing faulty parts and I was quoted the labor price for fixing a 17 month old water heater that has already been repaired once. 4 days so far without hot water. I was told the work order was written incorrectly and the part wasn’t ordered timely. They asked we call when the part is delivered and they’d get it fixed. The part was delivered this morning and now they are going to work the repair in tomorrow.

The customer service people and repairmen have been wonderful. The product they sell and install is crap.

4th repair for the Rheem water heater. This company apparently no longer services Texas anymore (according to the person I spoke to on the phone.). Called Rheem and they sent another company out to do the repair and was told that the original install was not up to code and despite the water heater still being under warranty, the updates for code compliance will be $3,000.

Our 12 year old water heater in the attic was showing signs of aging, making terrible thumping and crackling sounds from sediment build up so it was time to replace it before things got worse. We've used Water Heaters only before for another water heater and they did a great job so we called them again.. To our pleasant surprise, the same installer, Jeremy, came out on time and replaced the water heater with a new Bradford White unit. Jeremy is very friendly and professional. I just wish all plumbers were this good.

I love my new water heater that was installed yesterday by Jeremy Brown of Water Heaters Only. Jeremy was very courteous and kind. He answered all my questions with confidence in his knowledge of plumbing and gas water heaters. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family. Great service!

Jeremy Brown did an excellent job installing two new water heaters in a fourth floor attic! Thank goodness he had a strong helper for going up and down the stairs. Jeremy was polite and responsive and took some extra time at the end to teach me about water heater maintenance.

Not sure how they have almost a perfect score scheduled a tech three days ago confirmed they were going to be there during their 9 to 12 window on the day scheduled and they never showed at 1 o’clock received a call from the tech “Jeremy” letting me know he was on his way and would be there in 45 minutes or so.
Typical of these companies waited three days they no showed and I get a Half hearted sorry would not recommend

Employees were professional and responsive and completed a quality install of a new water heater in a short amount of time.

When our water heater broke late Friday night we couldn’t find any availability until Tuesday but Water Heaters Only came the next day. They were right in the window and called ahead of time. Job was done quickly and priced equally to other quotes.

My wife called to follow-up on an estimate that I did online.
I have a problem with a water heater installed by another company almost 2 years ago.
I WANT A NEW WATER HEATER INSTALLED AND THEY REFUSED.
WOW your business must be that good to turn down a job that all you have to do is come in install a new water heater and I pay you and you leave.
I just don't get today's worker's I guess you just want to get paid and do no work......

The service person Jeremy Brown was on time and installed the water heater and explain things when I ask any questions he told me to wait about 30 minutes for the water to get hot. Be careful when you turn it on.

Where I live I try use local businesses but after getting the run around from 3 plumbers I called Water Heaters Only, got a quote and an install date in 15 minutes, Jeremy Brown showed up and installed 2 - 50 gallon water heaters with updated water lines. Can't say enough about Jeremy. Prompt, Professional and Personable. Don't call anyone else.

If you have to replace a water heater, Water Heaters Only makes the process as painless as possible. Have used them twice now. Jeremy Brown was the technician this time. Top notch. Left everything super clean. Amazing that he did the entire job by himself.

I bought my condo 2 years ago and suddenly my water heater stopped working. I thought that I needed a water heater repair but turns out I needed a replacement due to severe rusting, leak and burnt out element. Jeremy said I would need to replace the unit but he suggested that i check with the manufacturer to determine if the unit was still under warranty and a ballpark figure for the cost of installation I can expect from the manufacturer/contractor who would do the installation (original heater was not purchased or installed by Water Heaters Only)

At the same time, Jeremy also provided an estimate of the cost to replace using Water Heaters only and everything that price would cover as well as information on warranty etc. so I could do a price comparison. I DID NOT ASK HIM FOR THIS. I had told him I did not do this before so he was telling me what to expect.

I called the manufacturer and turns out it was still under warranty. Since the warranty covered provided a free replacement heater, the cost of the big box retailer that was supposed to do the installation (they had done the original install) provided a quote for installation ONLY.

The installation quote was almost the same as the quote Jeremy provided!! This was insane because Jeremy's quote included a cost of a brand new water heater AND INSTALLATION!! There was no additional charge to haul away etc.

I decided to go with Water heaters only-Jeremy was very helpful, the persons answering the phone were also helpful and willingly answered my many questions since I had never had to deal with this before.

Mine was a simple water heater replacement job. Jeremy Brown preformed the work for Water Heaters Only, Inc. The work was done in a very professional manner. The old heater was removed, and the work space was cleaned with all old parts and piping removed. Also, the price was very reasonable for the work performed.
