Let me tell you about my plumber Alejandro and his apprentice Roy. These gentlemen were nothing less or phenomenal at their job as you can see by the before and after pictures. They were timely, actively communicated and extremely professional. Highly recommended 10 stars

Alejandro came through for us! I messaged him as a new customer at 11:30 at night and to my surprise he responded and set up an appointment to come the next morning! This was also right in between Christmas and New Years when it's hard to get a h old of people so I was impressed. He came when he said he would, communication was effective, appointment confirmation via text and a notification when he was on his way. He had show covers on and was very respectful. He gave us great advice on our multiple slow draining sinks and shower and did a repair under our kitchen sink where we had a leak. He did his best to save us money while also providing great service. I recommend and will be using again in our next plumbing situation!

I originally found a leak due to the city posting a leak detection notice on my door, along with the increased water bill. After finding out it was due to a burst pipe next to the city line, both Alejandro and Roy came out and replaced the broken pipe and installed a pressure reduction valve on the same day, replacing and installing insulation boxes on both. They did a professional job for a fair price, and left me with peace of mind knowing I don't have to worry about burst landscaping pipes again. Please beware of this company. I needed a shut off valve replaced, fill valve and flapper installed in which I provided the parts from Home Depot for the last two items listed. The rep who took the call said the trip charge will be $89 but if you retain services it will be waived. The total was $414 which $275 to replace a $16 valve and $139 to install a fill valve in flapper. They lure you in saying the trip charge is waived if you retain services and once they get there, they charge you an astronomical amount. Of course I declined the services and now I feel like I was robbed for $89. Beware of this scam company. The scammer who came to the house was Alex Rodriguez.

Alejandro and Roy came out and helped me with a major water leak I was having. They were so sweet and knowledgeable I greatly appreciate their efforts and quick work. I didn’t have outside lights on the side or back of my home and I felt safe walking around with them as they showed me where the leaks were happening. The lead technician, Alejandro, explained what he was going to do, he continued his conversation while performing the task all this in a matter of no time at all. Flushing, the water heater is simple. I now know, but if not done correctly, there can be issues. Alejadro and his assistant had no issues. Professional communication, industry knowledge and fair pricing are standard with this company.
I recommend.

There are couple of reasons for giving one star
- the plumber came about 6 hrs late . My while day waiting for plumber is totally wasted
- While setting up the appointment , I categorically mentioned that there is water leak at the main and bring all the lekage detection equipment but the tech disnot bring anything and asked for revisit for additional $600+ . If this would have been told while setting the appointment , I could have saved the initial visit fees of $89

I would recommend to clarify / put on paper before u schedule appointment

Purchased a used home and had Alejandro and Roy out on two separate repairs. One for the gas line to my oven and the other for my tankless water heater. WD Plumbing responded right away and was able to come out the next day. They let me know the cost and didn’t change what was quoted. Roy and Alejandro completed the work quickly, with no issues, and cleaned everything up.

They came out for a nonurgent ceiling leak promptly. They did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue with a reasonable price. The next time I have plumbing issues, I know who to go to.

They responded quickly and very professionally! Changed a sump pump and cleared a clogged drain. Very happy and would highly recommend to others. Kept me up to date on everything they were doing and gave me an estimate up front that was accurate. Weren’t trying to nickel and dime me for every little thing and went the extra mile. Thanks!
