Everyone was very personable, flexible, and kind. Seemed to have a great selection and an extensive showroom. Happy to have used their services.

This place seemed fabulous to me and I made an account there. It is an account in that store. I have been to several of those stores and I think that the service is good. Everyone helps you if you don't know the name of the piece, they help you find it. They are attentive and do a lot for you. They help you solve some problems, adaptations, and things that you need so that if you have questions, they help you a lot
I called looking for a 1/4⁶ brass flare nut. The parts guy didn't know what that was. He asked me is it a cap... I said no a flare nut. I ask to speak to the manager and he refused saying he wouldn't know what it is either. Isn't this a plumbing company??

While the showroom is packed with sales people and has lots to offer, the plumbing sales service team is a line up of high school dropouts that can't think out of the box. Or don't want to help find a solution, if it involves any thought or effort. I took in a challenging fixture with a list of what is required to attach. I did my research, they disappear into the back coming back with fixtures that don't fit and are not what was written on my research sheet. They quickly hand you a receipt to get you out of the way so they can get back to basic, regular, home depot type orders. They roll you out as quickly as possible, I had the fixture in the car. Of course the fittings don't fit. So next I take in the unit, they then attempt to put on a fixture that clearly will not thread and sell that to me. They also, tell you to go to BBQ Grills Galore, at 75 & Lovers Lane... which is incorrect.. located at DNT & Lovers. What a Bunch of Bozo's, looking to do the least possible effort and run you out if you present them with anything out of the ordinary. Ditto, to the above comment C y a Jeff. BTW- once I went to Lowes and determined the correct fitting needed, can be ordered from ebay 5 for $10, beats their $30 per fixture price. AVOID this place.

Simple small store, good for if you are wanting a basic style or if you aren’t worried about $. Not much to choose from if you have something specific in mind and prices are really high compared to the similar stores situated closely around them. We found the same stuff at Ferguson for a fraction of the cost and they actually had what we were looking for as far as color and styles plus way more.

This place is a hidden gem for anyone in search of top-notch plumbing solutions for their kitchen or bathroom. For me a huge difference between Lowe's and Home Depot. Lowe's & Home Depot have people to talk to but are not fully trained to understand exactly what you need. Apex with the nice staff and the education on things takes the time to understand what you are saying by not saying it yourself. This is a big investment, and you don’t want to get it wrong. Jeff and Jonathan are just incredible. Not only did they help me make the right decision, I sent photos to show them what it looked like after the install and it was better than I thought. They went over things with me and I went in there with one idea and they showed me options and suggestions. I took them up on a suggestion and man, it rocks.
Thanks again, guys!! You guys are really what I needed. Great store to visit even if you just want to look at things but do yourself a favor it you are thinking about changing things up at home. Chat them! Trust me.

Had what I needed
I'm thoroughly impressed with Apex Supply. Last summer there was a massive leak coming from around my exterior hose bib. The big box stores only had the entire assembly which I'd not have been able to replace myself and save money, plus I knew I didn't need the entire assembly. I decided to try Apex. Zac first listened to my situation before going to locate the exact part I needed. He also gave me excellent instructions on how to complete the job. It continues to work fabulously.
This morning my commode suddenly took 10 minutes to fill, and I headed to Apex and intending to just get replacement parts for the fill valve. Zac again helped me, listening attentively to what I wanted to do before going out to the warehouse to find various parts for the repair. I then showed Zac the 'spare part' left from me taking the valve apart to clean it. With no frustration that I'd not shown him that first off, he first tried to put it back on, then brought out a very simple-to-install new valve for $16. I just installed myself, saving myself that cost.
As a 70 year old female who loves the challenge and the savings of fixing things myself, I'm truly grateful to Zac and Apex Plumbing Supply for taking the time to help me, and for always treating me not as a nuisance, but with the same respect they treat the many contractors who come in, even though mine isn't the biggest sale of the day. An A-1 company with outstanding customer service. Thank you, Apex.

Very disappointed, I placed an order, I waited the 4 week estimated period and did not hear back. I called, emailed, left voicemails and nobody got back to me. I decided to go in person, my order was ready for pick up. Jonathan Wallace was very unprofessional he tried to argue that I did not reach out when I did multiple times. Jonathan would benefit in taking care of his customers and improve in his communication skills. I would not be returning, there are better places that will give much better customer service.
After reading other reviews about their staff, I guess I should not be surprised to also have been treated so poorly by Jonathan Wallace (whose card says he is the Showroom Manager). We showed him what we were interested in so he made notes and said he would email me a quote the next day. He then quickly moved to another couple, actually walking around and engaging with them. I never received any quotes. To paraphrase Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman... "Big mistake. Huge!" We went to a local competitor and spent a great deal of money buying the exact items we picked out at Apex and were prepared to buy from them Do not waste your time going here unless you want to be treated like you don't belong.
Super petty in towing handicap vehicles rightfully parked
I walked into the show room looking for help finding a replacement part for my kitchen faucet sprayer. Through many internet searches I discovered the manufacturer had gone out of business years ago and that a replacement part was no longer available anywhere. I wanted to avoid purchasing a whole new system. I even brought in my old sprayer hoping Apex could help. I was Directed to Teresa Browning. She looked at my old sprayer and knew exactly what I was asking. Unfortunately she didn't think the part I needed was being made any longer. She made a few calls to confirm that was the case. However, Teresa said she saw the sprayer part that I needed several weeks ago in the back room of another Apex location near by. She took down my contact information and said she would call me if she was able to locate the part that I needed. Teresa was very friendly, and so willing to go the extra mile to help me out...and mind you I was not a previous APEX customer. I thanked her and left the store. Within an hour Teresa called to inform me that she WAS SUCCESSFUL in locating the part that I needed. Teresa Browning has been in the plumbing supply business for over 25 years. She is knowledgeable in all manufacturers and plumbing parts, even parts 15 years old like mine. I'm still blown away that she took the extra time to locate my part. In the future, I will be calling her regarding all my plumbing supply needs and questions. Great customer service!

Rude people at the showroom
0 stars. Come here if you want to get yelled at by a salesperson named Suzanne.
After barely acknowledging our existence, we informed her which pieces we were interested in. Her “help” was unenthusiastically pointing at several items. She then proceeded to move on to another customer who had an appointment. So we waited patiently for her to come back around. Then, she went to print a quote for the items we selected. As she did so, she condescended the other choices we had already made not at Apex. “You’re going to need to spend more money on a tub than that.” is not helpful or necessary just because we chose to not look at tubs there.
As we walked away to leave, she muttered “waste of my time”. We walked back to ask her what she just said, and then she proceeded to yell at us about how we came in just to get quotes and buy elsewhere and how we wasted her time. Which, I am not sure how that is possible given she spent so little time helping us.
After she finished yelling, I called her out on how inappropriate her behavior was and how we will now not be giving Apex our business. She said “sorry” but her apology was obvious that she was sorry she got caught, not sorry for her actions. In addition, her “sorry” was followed by repeated justifications for her behavior. We were yelled at for her poor interactions with other customers, unrelated to us.
We had fully intended to look over our choices and come back to purchase from them, because they had an item we had been unable to find elsewhere. Obviously, we no longer intend to shop here. I would never recommend anyone come here, even to look. You are better off going down the street to Ferguson’s where the showroom is infinitely better and bigger, and the customer service is phenomenal. This is where we will be spending our money.
This was completely out of line and unprofessional. I do not understand how a salesperson thinks it is appropriate to condescend a customer and then yell at them to justify such poor behavior. Based on other reviews regarding Suzanne, this is a recurring behavior for her. Management, I strongly suggest you correct Suzanne’s behavior and interactions with customers because you have already lost one customer and will continue to lose more at this rate.
We are currently remodeling one of our properties that we recently bought in Turtle Creek. Wife and I were looking for something unique for our master bath. Upon entering this premise, we noticed one of the showroom consultants fixated on her computer. No hello, wave, or even a smile (Strike One). Mind you, place was not busy at all. At any rate, one of the consultants finally greeted us. To cut to the chase - my wife was interested in one particular bathtub so she asked for the measurement. Suzanne responded by saying the particular tub wouldn't work and to quote her exact words, "and that is a $9,000 tub. Really, Suzanne Chance? We were interested in learning about features and benefits and you made a point to point out the price tag? For example, say one sophisticated consumer was asking about Calacatta marble why it has amazing streaks of gold running through, it would be best to share something along the lines -- While this material lack the grout lines of tile, they are beautiful, timeless, and easy to take care of. NEVER about cost and worst assumption yet, could they afford it? Sure you'll claim that wasn't the intent -- but your eyes, shoulders, knees, toes and whatever that was that came out of your mouth surely convinced us to walk out. No words to describe the experience. I expected so much more from a local company like Apex. Perhaps, this consultant is just having the worst day of her life or something -- So rude, cold, and empty.
I first called the Apex showroom to find out if we could walk in or needed an appt (due to COVID-19), I was transferred to a Suzanne who was impatient and rude as if she did not have time to talk to me on the phone. She said I had to make an appt and the person to set that up with would call me back. Well they never did. So my husband called back and he also spoke to this Suzanne and he said “I understand you need an appointment to come in?” She immediately said, “No, come on in.”
Later we arrive at the showroom....We walk in and immediately the associate named Suzanne says she’s busy, someone else will help you. She doesn’t bother to get up from her desk or look away from her computer. Theresa was very kind and helpful, unlike her co-worker. She was patient in helping us order the items we needed for our remodel.
Apex had all we needed but I will avoid going to that location if I can just to avoid the rudeness.
I had six dining room chairs and two lounge chairs both with ottomans upholstered. The work was very well done and all the pieces came back as good as new and on a timely basis. On top of this, I found the work to be reasonably priced. I would recommend this Company to all of my friends!
