Winston Water Cooler has a wonderful selection of plumbing supplies. They also have an amazing variety of Milwaukee tools! I have personally bought many Milwaukee tools from them. I called in today just to get some general pricing for an item I was needing for a job. When I called in, I spoke to a charismatic gentleman named Fred. Fred was so helpful & answered all my questions. Aside from that he chatted with me for a few minutes and honestly he had me laughing. It feels good to know that there are people out here just trying to put a smile on someones face not even knowing who they are. Everyone needs a Fred in their place of business. Good energy, positive vibes & it comes with the white hair. THANK YOU FRED!

The most awful customer service ever. We have dealt with this company since we took over our business in 2012. Countless times they have gotten our order wrong, not shipped, or miscellaneous other mistakes. Most recently we ordered our caps like always last Wednesday afternoon Arizona time (3/14/18 at 3pm PDT). Our order should have processed Thursday 3/15/18 and sent out to arrive to us by Monday or Tuesday. This morning Mike realized our caps were not here and called Winston. It was then AND ONLY THEN, that we were informed that as of April 1, 2018 they will no longer carry these caps. Ok thank you for that info, however where is the order I placed last week? Several hours later Mike gets a call back stating they were out at the time of reorder and will not be restocking. No call. No email. NOTHING stating this to the customer. THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE A SINGLE STAR

Great company. The staff is very knowledgeable, and their service is great. I do business with them whenever possible.

They don't honor contracts or pay invoices.

Said that they didn't like coming downtown because it is hard to park. Ridiculous!

Just bought some parts there to hook up a portable washing machine directly to the under sink taps in the bathroom of a pretty old house.

A very nice counter agent (Rey Diaz) identified the exact model of washing machine and with only 6 parts I can now “T” off the hot and cold taps under the sink in a bathroom with metallic flex and connect directly to the back of the washing machine.

And it only took him about 6 minutes to grab the parts, I was out the door in less than 15 minutes.

THAT is customer service.
