I recently used AM Roofing to replace the roof and add gutters to my home in Frisco - I am 100% satisfied with the work done and recommend them highly. The great experience started with the owner, Ben Posey, clearly explaining our options, assisting with navigating the claim with my insurer. The work crew showed up at the scheduled time and did a fantastic job - leaving me with a great looking roof and gutters. Ben followed up to make sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction.

Very professional service. Our seamless gutters were installed incorrectly by another company one year ago and our general contractor did not or could not get them to repair, the drainage was so bad that we had a small pond on the side of the house when it rained. AM Roofing came out the day I called and repaired it quickly and expertly. We would recommend them to anyone who needs gutters or gutter replacement.

I used AM roofing to paint the trim, doors etc, replace the roof and gutters and intall gutter screens. Ben was very truthful and straight forward. He understood the insurance better than my contact at the insurance company.

The work was started and completed on time. The material used was top quality and the cleanup was thorough.

After attempting to contact multiple companies we reached out to AM Roofing. All we needed was our gutters cleaned and they gave us the pricing and showed up for the appointment. After reviewing the gutters they realized all we actually needed was a few downspouts cleared so they completed this in less than 45 minutes and charged us a lesser amount. Grateful for the honesty from a company that could have charged what they originally told us. We will now be getting a quote from them on gutter guards and anything else we need in the future that they provide services for.

I'm afraid I cannot recommend AM Roofing and Gutters - I give two stars since the work was done well but the abrupt lack of follow-up leaves me thinking any warranty offered on the work is without meaning and that customer satisfaction is not important. Ben was very communicative and friendly during my estimate and their price was competitive so I selected them for the work. The crew showed up one hour late to the appointment with no apology. After they finished the work they left without notifying me even though I was clearly at home. When I realized they had gone I surveyed the gutter installation I found they had left out the shed gutters and they did not install the number of downspouts on the estimate. I contacted Ben who was very responsive as usual and the crew came back that night in the dark and did the work. I did not pay them the same day since I wanted to survey the work in the daylight. Once I paid my invoice I have received no further communication and it has been a month since the work was done. I have tried to contact them via e-mail, text, and phone call to discuss replacing a poorly placed rain chain that was installed at my own suggestion with a downspout since it did not work out for that area of the house. They have never responded to me even though they are clearly actively doing business - their sign has recently appeared in my neighbor's yard. I have owned homes in two states over the last 10 years and I have never had a contractor leave the job site without walking the property with me, come back and complete work in the dark, or fail to return my communications when they were previously responsive.

The AM roofing team was quick and professional from the jump. I received a quote and gutter install all within a week. Owner has been very responsive as well. Highly recommend.

I had fascia and gutters replaced on my house and the guys did a great job. I got several estimates that ended up being similar but level of customer service from others was not even close. Ben (owner) came out and personally walked through the job and discussed options and recommendations with me and also kept me informed of times crews would be at my house (which seems to be a rarity in the contractor world). I expect quality work from anyone, but I've learned not to expect great customer service. I highly recommend AM Roofing and when it comes time to replace my roof, I'll only need to make one call.

Ben was the easiest to work with- he showed up on time, gave a fair estimate, and got the work done quickly. He came out personally to inspect the job after his crew finished. I also asked him about a few other concerns I had with my roofline, and rather than upcharging and ripping me off, he was honest and said the gutters I was having installed would solve the problem so I didn’t need to do anything else.

I had AM roofing come out back in 2019 to replace some of my damaged gutters and place a leaf guard on all. Recently, I noticed a leaking seam and sent an email inquiring about repair. AM roofing was very quick in responding and fixed the leaking seam for no charge. Good small business to support.

The folks at AM Roofing are very busy, yet they are very accomodating and treated me like I was their only customer.

They kept up with their phone communications, and they were very responsive.

Ben, Joann and team were AMAZING to work with! I had issues with getting painters out to paint the house before gutters were installed and they were so understanding about the delays I was experiencing with the other company. They were so easy to work with and provided a very fast installation!!

Ben and team recently replaced our roof, and also added gutters which we had never had. The team did a great job. Not only are there no more leaks, but we now have one of the best looking rooks in the neighborhood.
We were like little kids the first time it rained, watching the rains pour down out the downspouts. Say bye bye to soil erosion around the foundation!
