They have always been great. We just had a new water heater put in and Diego came out to make sure the pipes on top of the roof were sealed properly. He was so nice when I first opened the door. He was very informative about what he was there to do and showed me pictures of everything afterwards while he explained it. He explained everything so that I could understand it perfectly. I’ve always had a really god experience with Firehouse and am glad that I have found them to take care of all of my roofing concerns and needs!

All employees exhibited care and competence as they completed our project. Removal of existing fascia and soffit and removal of all debris along with cleanup before next phase. Installation went smoothly, along with the prep for painting. Taking precautions to protect all areas as needed, proceeded to paint new work to our satisfaction. Follow up with new gutters completed this project. Overall a great experience working with all who were involved. I would definitely recommend their services!!

Not only did he install the pipe and new flashing ( it was leaking before bc of poor installation from previous roofer) but he went ahead and painted it to match my exterior . It was white before he painted it. My newest discovery —-a company that actually wants to please the customer. I didn’t ask to have the pipe painted. He just did it at no cost bc he said it would look better. Please give them a try for all roofing needs. I m so happy I did.

Firehouse did a great job sealing up our flue pipe. They also repainted our pipe to match our roof, without even being asked to do so, which was awesome.

FHR came to my rescue when it was discovered that my furnace stack had become detached from the roof outside and burning in my attic. With very cold temps ahead they came right out and repaired that for me.
Knowing my roof was soon to need replacing they checked it out for me. I have never had such a thorough inspection and report ever. Everything was so well explained. FHR made this process very easy and I have yet to even find a nail left behind. Amazing staff, quality and efficiency! I highly recommend!

In addition, Jamison took time to investigate another section of roof I've had long standing concerns with from a previous roof install (not done by Firehouse). I will be getting a quote next week for some repairs from Firehouse based solely on the courtesy and professionalism I experienced interacting with Jamison.

Many companies say they will be there when you need them, and Skylar Beam made sure those weren’t just words. I found a leak in my bathroom ceiling and sent an email at 1am. The next day Skylar emailed me and came over after normal work hours and assessed the situation, had detailed pictures and explained exactly what was happening and how to fix it. He made arrangements for it to be done quickly and reassured me that the leak was directional and would be ok for the next 36 hours until it was repaired. He told me if there was unforeseen issues before that to reach out to him again. As a consumer this is what we hope for but rarely get. If there were 6 stars he would get them.

We have done a lot of home, yard, and pool projects since moving to Dallas 2 years ago, and I tell everyone that the best experience we have had overall was with Firehouse Roofing. Bradley came out to assess the roof and walk us through the lack of attic ventilation and issues he suggested bringing up with our insurance. Insurance found that a new roof was definitely needed and Bradley’s assessment was spot on. Christian and Noah walked us through scheduling and logistics with patience and even worked around our painter. Hunter and Diego were amazing managers, and Hunter was on site 24/7 with great communication. Oscar and the crew were outstanding as well. Bradley came back to the site to check in and monitor, and when anything came up, communication was great throughout. Bradley was also particularly good at keeping our best interests as home owners in mind and was sure to explain the “why” and the “how” so that we knew what to expect for the 3 day project. He is now helping me make sure that the roof stays in great condition as we take on a bathroom remodel that will need extra ventilation cut into the roof. Having Bradley and Firehouse involved gives us a lot of piece of mind for this upcoming renovation! The photographs and notes and communication systems that Firehouse uses (they even have an app that you will want so you can monitor the progress as well) is also really outstanding. I joked with Bradley that Firehouse should teach a “Master Class” in customer relations, and it is really true as we have not found another company as easy to work with as Firehouse. Definitely recommend!

I called Firehouse after a hail storm had come through  I was worried what the extent of the damage was since someone random knocked on my door saying it was bad. Bradley came out & showed me that my roof was actually perfectly fine. So glad I called him & will use them forever!

They did repairs on my roof, as I had leaks in my house. A huge rainstorm came the weekend after they finished. No leaks at all! Great job. The bonus? Nicest people ever!!!!!

He informed me when workers would show up with supplies for repair. He check-in after completion to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Also, he had repair team take pictures of the repair work while it was being performed.
Kristofer was genuinely invested on ensuring my mom and I felt comfortable with the repairs, since it was our first time. Was friendly and maintained a professional demeanor throughout! Even set up virtual sessions so I could see the process with my mom since I live in Georgia. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Approximately 18 months ago, Firehouse Roofing replaced several vents on my roof, a job that was done efficiently and professionally. However, after a recent rainstorm, I noticed one of the vents had started to leak. Concerned about the potential damage, I immediately reached out to Firehouse Roofing for assistance.

Jeff is my go-to-guy. He's knowledgeable, helpful, honest and fun. He shows a video of the damage & suggestions on how to proceed followed by the actual cost of the project, which is a very reasonable amount. He even shows up on time. Hayley in the office treats me with respect and handles my needs with urgency while maintaining a sunny disposition.
