Integral Commercial provides full-scale commercial and residential roofing services. Founded in 2012, we are based in Dallas, TX, and serve clients nationwide. Integral Commercial work crews are manufacturer-certified in all the major commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, standing seam) and residential roofing systems, and are also fully insured - general liability, workman’s compensation, and commercial auto. We specialize in roof repair of all kinds, as well as full replacements and new construction. We also provide professional installation service (labor-only service) for commercial and residential roofing contractors who are looking for crews they can depend on.
I recently hired them for a roof replacement, and I'm extremely satisfied with their work! The team was professional, efficient, and thorough, answering all my questions and delivering excellent results. They also made sure to clean up after the job. I highly recommend for any roofing needs!
Our landlord decided to give us a new roof after having leaks for over a year. He hired this company and from the day they started we have stuff falling all over the building with no one coming down to tell us to cover anything. We are a clothing store with handmade pieces that are not cheap. They guys did not cover things the night before and it happened to rain and we came back to the entire building with water all over the floors etc. He came and told me they did not expect it to rain and would take care of any damages. We have had a glass LED sign for 2 years and water came through and got in the transformer and our thermostat was in area as well. We came in and both were dripping water and neither would work. He now writes me after they have left that the transformer should have been protected from rain coming through the ceiling and now we have been without this for 2 weeks. Beyond damages of clothing we now are replacing the 7ft LED light, new thermostat, and almost $1000 dollars worth of clothes were damaged. Our landlord had cut them the check for finishing the roof and until i threatened to post this i never heard back. I will share that exchange as well. All this is could have easily been avoided if you come let us know to COVER items before you start working on the roof.
