I would not recommend this contractor because of Kent Raymer. He has purposely over charged me more than the insurance company's quote. He guaranteed that I would only pay my deductible and for the rest he would get from the insurance company. However, he has threatened to put a lean on my house because the insurance is denying the rest of the claim which is about $600. Do not trust him/Mighty Dog Roofing. Make sure everything told to you is confirmed by email.

I rarely post reviews but my experience was bad enough that I had to write something. I had work done on my house and initially it was going well. In the middle of the project my project manager left the company and they didn't finish the job. I've tried repeatedly to get them to finish but I get no response. Ironically, with the project manager leaving, they did call me and text me to pay them which unfortunately I already had. When they realized I had paid them they disappeared again. I believe it was the owner that reached out for payment so they're well aware they're leaving me hanging despite me trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Watch out. Communication is good when they want something... When you need them they are ghosts.

Shady business. Beware of these guys. They scheduled an appointment for a free estimate of my roof which was damaged in recent storms. Then on the day of the appointment, twisted their words to say that yes its a free estimate but will cost $550 min for on-site repairs. They tried to pressure me into confirming their "free estimate" by saying they are extremely busy and have other repairs to take care of. When I said I just asked for a free estimate and that has to be non-binding and any repairs need to be confirmed with me first, they stopped responding. I would warn everyone there is no lack of shady businesses in Dallas.

Incredibly reliable and responsive! I received a number of quotes over the past 3 months and mighty dog is by far the best for the value. They thoroughly communicated every step along the way and worked with our schedule. We felt very comfortable with their professionalism. I’ll definitely use them on my other properties and highly recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again for the amazing job! My room looks perfect!

He gave me an honest assessment about the current condition of my roof and the next steps in order to fix some of my current problems. I would highly recommend Mighty Dog to friends or others that are in need of roofing services.

Matt from Mighty Dog roofing of Dalls came out on Monday assessed the problem and had repairs completed by Wednesday. He took pics of the problem before repair and after. It looks like he did a very good job in sealing an area that needed it. As of this past rain/ snow event Feb 2 2022 I have observed no issues with my roof. I totally recommend if you have a roofing issue these are the guys to call. Total pros. Thanks again Matt. Your on top of your game.

Took a chance on Mighty Dog after my home got some weather damage from the ice storm. I guess 15 years of no repairs catches up. They did a full roof replacement. Used some tools I didn’t know about like a visualizer and drone analysis. Those were pretty cool. Overall, price and time on site was what their team quoted. Would use again.
