Michael was a big help in this long and arduous battle with insurance. Now, I know my situation probably is not the norm, but throughout the entire process he was there to help answer any questions we might have; as we navigated through a sea of unknowns in replacing our roof for the first time.

I just think it’s funny how when we got our homeowners insurance policy, the company told us that our roof was too old (over 10 years at least) and was most likely going to need to be replaced. Thus, we were going to have a higher premium; but then when we actually file a claim due to major hail and wind damage, the insurance inspectors tell us our roof is still in great shape (should last another 10 years) and only needs patchwork at most.

We started this battle back in February, but after two inspections and after going through appraisal, we finally got the insurance company to pay up in mid June. Once the insurance check got endorsed by our mortgage company, Michael’s team came out and took care of the entire job in one day. Great results and will definitely recommend them to anyone else that needs to replace their roof. If I ever have to replace a roof again I know who to call.

Extremely satisfied with how well the new roof looks! Anthony Birge is a true professional that outlined the whole process step by step, and really took good care of us. We went with the level 3 hail resistant impact shingles and I gotta say, my roof looks MUCH better than ALL the houses on my block! I live in a duplex and a few years ago there was a leak in the front bedroom that I had repaired. At the end of 2023 it started leaking again. A friend of mine had her roof replaced by Sali's Roofing after a hail storm in her neighborhood. I contacted them and was connected with Robby Bastian. In February my insurance sent someone out to inspect. She agreed there was a lot of damage but claim was denied. In March we asked for another inspector, they still denied the claim, even though they agreed it was badly damaged but did agree to a $2400 payment for damage to gutter downspout and roof of carport. At that point, Robby became a warrior.
He did an Appraisal demand on 4/4.
On 4/26 claim was turned over to disinterested appraisers and to an umpire for review. On 6/9 I received my appraisal award.
This was not a large job for them but I would still be trying to figure out how to get my roof repaired if not for Robby's tenaciousness. I know this is long but I can't tell you how pleased I am with Sali's and everyone I dealt with. Including the guys that came out in the rain to place tarps at Robby's request.
My roof was replaced in June 27th. It is beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs

Working with Robby was easy as pie! I have had terrible experiences with all trades, and I felt I could trust Robby and his team to take care of me. Robby came out the next day to fix a (terrible) issue from another trade and then sent his team out to do my gutters. They were quick, tidy, walked me through the plan, made adjustments as needed and even routed the drainage to accommodate my feral cat shelter 😂 I now have gutters that are probably more beautiful than my home and am excited for a huge storm to put them to the test! My roof got hail damage on August 2021. Mike Marcinko was super responsive and was on top of this painful process, from beginning to end. A painful process because my insurance denied my claim so it took us almost 18 months to finally get resolution after litigating against the insurance. I appreciate Sali's roofing going above and beyond during the multiple roof inspections required by my insurance and their guidance to fight this till the end. I was using a different roofer before but they refused to provide quotes to fight this, unless I committed in writing to give them my business. Meanwhile, Mike was super responsive and sent every quote as needed at least 3 times. Once we won the settlement against the insurance, the roof replacement was done promptly and finished in one day. Was very good at finding roof damage and presenting evidence to the insurance company. The process of getting my roof replaced went exactly as Robby said it would. It took less than 8 hours to replace the roof on my 1750 sq ft house.

I highly recommend Sali’s roofing! I rarely listen to contractors when they come to the door. However, my front porch discussion with Holden about the roof condition and Sali’s ability to work with our insurance company convinced me to make an exception in this instance. We are demanding homeowners and Holden, Will and Brad were able to answer all our questions and provide all of the information we needed to feel comfortable with the process. They worked with our insurance company to ensure the cost of the roof replacement was covered completely and our out-of-pocket expense was minimal.

We had serious hail damage to the roof. Sali's team came out to my home to meet with the adjuster and patch my roof from any major damage. I did not ask Sali's Roofing to do so, it's just who they are; trying to help as quick as they could, so I would not suffer any water damage to my home. He said there is no charge for the patching, and to consider them for doing the work. They were VERY professional, explaining to me exactly what they could do and the next steps in replacing the roof, along with options. I would recommend this company!

Quality and responsiveness are two things that are important to me and Brad and his team have exceeded my expectations. We had 3 roofs replaced by these guys in the last couple of months. During recent storms, we lost some shingles and within the hour Brad was able to get his crew to install plastic to protect from further water damage. He has an excellent team to negotiate the insurance claim process. Issues after installation were promptly addressed. Generally there is poor opinion about roofers but it sure was a pleasure working with Brad and his team. Fantastic customer service!. I highly recommend this company.

3 other roofers flaked on me or couldn’t get insurance to cover the damage. Brad said he could do it and they got it done on time and fought to make sure insurance covered everything including the water damage from a leak. Crazy to think that All State wouldn’t approve the first roofer when I have a visible leak...but Brad got it done.

I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they responded on getting the roof replaced. As soon as they met with my insurance agent, they came out a few days later and replaced my roof, gutters, etc. all in one day. This was a big roof of different dimensions. They cleaned up the area afterwards, leaving no trash behind, which I really appreciated.

I have to stay they did a wonderful job. Came in tore the roof off and replaced it in a day. Cleaned up and were done within 3 days. Roof looks great couldn’t have asked for a better job. If your looking for quick clean and precise these are the guys.

This company is A1, I called them to replace my gutters and had a small leak in my garage. Brad had come out the same day,inspected the gutters and roof. He then came and spoke to me about the issue with the roof. I had hail damage and a couple shingles missing. He spoke to me about what was going on and addressed what needed to be done. He dealt with my insurance. Had a crew over in 2 days, finished same day. New roof and gutters, I was very happy with the great work they did, very easy to work with and knowledgeable. Needing a new fence soon,will call them again!!!

I had a great experience with Precision Roofing! Brad and his crew were great to work with they made the entire process a breeze! They also added new gutters, new fence and I finally got my solar screens! I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Man I can’t say enough about these guys! To start they’re super cool and easy going. I called them for a leak and knew I had damage. They confirmed that and help me call my insurance on the spot. I was surprised they got me new gutter and re-stained my fence, and fix the interior , along with the new roof!!!! Great job cleaned up spotless!!

Then I sat down with Andrew and Brad, they spend the most time with me and were just very genuine! At the end of the day I decided to go with them and I'm very happy I did. They worked with my insurance and got everything covered. Great quality work tarprd my bushes/pool so they wouldn’t get damaged. . From the beginning of the process to the end was handled professionally and with care. The roof was replaced within one day with multiple updates including pictures of the process.
