Liquidus is the best pool company you will find. From weekly pool service to repairs they are the best. They come when they say they will come and they do what they say they will do. Everyone I have talked to or met there is amazing. We cover our pool for the winter, they come weekly to do chemical only service. Everytime we have removed the cover the water looks perfect after the long winter. I can't say enough good things about them. Josh does our weekly pool service, the pool always looks perfect when he leaves. Recently we have been having some strange pool issues - everytime I call they listen and keep coming back. I know Zach will get it taken care of. Use them, you won't regret it!

Zach from Liquidus Pools just came to vacuum and clean our very dirty pool (we have a leak so we had to turn off equipment over the winter.) Bur we're having an event at our house this weekend so we called Liquidus to come out and make our pool look presentable. Wow, what a difference! Zach was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this company! We will be using them in the future.

Our pool became extremely swampy this Spring. Natalie and Devin did a great job of prioritizing our pool and doing what was necessary to get it back to it's beautiful blue glory! A mix of filter cleaning and backwashing in addition to finding the best chemical combination to kill the algae worked like a charm! We are truly grateful for Team Liquidus!

Natalie came and checked all of our equipment and made the appropriate adjustments to prepare our pool for the deep winter freeze. Having her do this gave us peace of mind that our pool would be safe from the weather!

Excellent pool cleaning service.

Devin did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable about the pool equipment, he’s since in his recommendations and was very thorough in servicing the filter. After finishing the job, he gave us tips and best practice advise on maintaining the equipment for best performance.

We had our pool built in 2022 by Pinnacle, who did a sub-par job resulting in widespread loss of tiles, and having a large section falling apart and being largely unstable. These defects in the original builder's work resulted in substantial water loss and potentially worse if it didn't get addressed soon. My dream pool was a huge eyesore and I just did not want it anymore.
Then came Kyle and Lupe from Liquidus to save it. Kyle was prompt to come out, assess the situation, let us know what we needed, and Lupe performed excellent work that exceeded our expectations. I am in love with our pool once again, and it's thanks to the folks at Liquidus. They worked to restore my pool to its recent former glory, and I'm happier with it now than I was when it was brand new.

Natalie came out several times to try and fix our pool heater without having to replace the whole unit. Always on time and great communication after each service call. After trying a couple parts, it was decided the unit would need to be replaced but I appreciate the attempt to fix the unit prior to to just selling me a new unit and they didn’t charge me for the second part after it was determined that would not fix the issue. Great company to work with.

I run a pool company in the San Antonio area and had called Liquidus to ask for advice on how they grew such a great business. Their number one piece of advice was to provide the customer with the best service possible, emphasizing the importance of creating a true relationship with the customer. They had also told me how much they value their employees, noting that they try to provide as many benefits as possible and aim to elevate the lives of their employees and their families. This advice was invaluable and really showed how great of a company they are -- so much so that I felt like I should leave a review without actually being a customer.

I have used LiquidUS for a little over a year at two places. They are a pleasure to work with. My technician is Wilson Junior and he is not only good but works with a smile and happy to speak with you directly about any issues with the pool. I highly recommend as they were recommended to me.

I maintain my own pool so I am only calling Liquidus when something is out of sorts and needs immediate attention. Such is the most recent call after I came home and 1.5 feet of water was out of the pool. I try and self diagnose the problem which of course was completely wrong. Thinking I had a burst pipe. Panicked I dig up the yard.

I call Liquidus. On the schedule for the next morning. Natalie my technician arrives on time and liistened to me explain what I thought the problem was. 20 minutes later Natalie says the pool is running and should be all fixed.
Situation resolved. I was shocked. No digging. No fuss. These things typically are larger problems than I imagine so its refreshing when its easily resolved . I claim Natalie as my personal Pool Whisperer.

I had my pool pump replaced a few months ago and when I called them to have them come out to do their service they tell us a date and dont show up at all. I tried calling before and they said April 12, 2024 and now its May 19, 2024 and they havent came out since. Dont use these guys

Our pump was not priming consistently - tried everything I could think of to self-diagnose. Natalie from Liquidus came out and had it fixed in about 20 minutes for an incredibly reasonable fee. So happy with the service and highly recommend!!!

Tyler was incredibly helpful and efficient. He did a great job with our backwash valve replacement and pool filter cartridge. I really appreciate how honest and transparent he was along every step of the way.

Liquidus sent a technician out to assist me in evaluating my pool equipment and needs. The tech was really helpful and explained all the equipment to me as a new pool owner. He measured the pool to provide a quote on resurfacing it and was really personable. Liquidus also communicated well with me when they needed to reschedule for a scheduling conflict. Communication is important to me so I will absolutely be considering Liquidus for future services.

So I’d like to think I’m pretty easy going. I’d also like to think I’m not a Karen. But if I was Liquidus - I’d be annoyed and roll my eyes every time my name popped up in an email ……. But they don’t! Liquidus has been amazing and extremely helpful as we tackle some repairs and issues that seem to come up randomly at our new home. It’s my first pool so there is a huge learning curve with that alone, yet they have been so patient with me, and help me understand how things work as well as fixing those things that do need to be repaired or maintained. I keep telling them one day I’ll be an A+ client like they have been an A+ service - but until then, they haven’t tested me like the karen I’ve been - and that speaks volumes about what kind of company they are.

Liquidus Pools did a great job installing a new variable speed pump. Even after running into challenges with my older controls they were able to get it to work the way I wanted it to. I had a follow-up call with them (on a different issue) in which they also did a great job. The pump install was very reasonably priced and significantly less expensive than one other quote that I received.

I called Liquidus after another pool company told me I needed a new heater instead of just an ignitor. Liquidus was quick to come out in 2 days. Natalie installed a new ignitor, and everything is working great. I was informed my heater was in good shape, a far contrast from the other pool company. The Liquidus charge was $295 less than the other pool company. I can say they are honest, quick with good friendly service. I would highly recommend them.

What could possibly go wrong right? But fear not fellow poolside dwellers, for Liquidus swoops in like a Marvel superhero ready to save the day, your weekend of cleaning and sanity.

From the very first interaction of just google reviews and setting up an appt Liquidus wasn’t just about cleaning pools; they were rescuing marriages and preventing water related fiascos! No more wasting hours on Saturday to clean the pool, becoming a chemist, or microbiologist looking at the next bacteria grown in Texas, the team of pool whisperers arrived armed with nets, vacuums, and chemicals to save the day.

Liquidus has been taking care of our pool since they resurfaced it last year and it looks amazing week after week. We get an update via email of what was done, chemicals added, cleaning and overall status of the pool after each visit.
