Logan with Texas Fiberglass Pools knew just from my description over the phone where the crack would be and talked me through all the possible repair options depending on how much bowing/expanding had happened to the pool wall.

We bought a home with a 15+ year fiberglass pool that needed some TLC.

Oliver and his team put a new layer of fiberglass over the entire pool and a fresh gel coat. Lines and structure were tested, which has given us great piece of mind. They replaced the aging pumps and filters. Basically, our pool is like new.

Everything purrs and is ridiculously quiet compared to the old equipment. The new tile and pool look amazing.

Great service and communication by Oliver and his whole team. The crew worked long hours everyday until the pool was completed. The office team was also helpful through the entire process, before even starting our project! We were so stressed about all of our issues and Texas Fiberglass Pools instantly put us at ease! The best solution for my cracking gunite pool in shifting Texas clay soil has been Texas Fiberglass Pools. Over the years I have had them do a complete resurface, skimmer replacement, pipe leak repair, and regrout. They to do the job right and their work holds up great. Their experienced crewes have always been fast and professional in every way.

Texas Fiberglass Pools found a leak in our pool plumbing and repaired it within a few days after identifying. The repair was with minimal disruption of the pool decking and it looks good as new.

I’ve been doing business with Texas Fiberglass pools for about 10 years recently had a leak in my pool and my pump would not prime when the skimmer line was open. Contacted Oliver he sent a leak detection person out and found the leak. They replaced my skimmer and a pipe which was all under the concrete. Once the parts was replaced poured new concrete and sprayed the texture and painted it. Their team was very professional and respectful always cleaned up after themselves. My pool is 38 years old and Oliver and his team are so helpful when I need something fix!

Extremely satisfied and have already recommended Texas Fiberglass Pools to my neighbors. Oliver came out and provided an estimate for tile replacement in a very timely manner.
Pricing provided was fair and we agreed to start the project.

Once my wife and I selected the tile, work started the next day - a welcome surprise. Oliver's team has been great. On time, quality work, and as much as they can, clean as they go.

We made a few small changes of scope and Oliver made some recommendations during the project - with again - very reasonable pricing or no affect on the original pricing.

Our 17 yr old pool needed resurfacing badly. Rocio came out to give us an estimate, and again for a final check when the job was finished. She was available when any questions arose during the process. She was a pleasure from start to finish. The gentlemen who did the work were prompt, efficient, and tidy. It's only been a few weeks, but so far we're quite happy with the job. Looking forward to many years of enjoying our pool again.

The folks at Texas Fiberglass Pools are family! Oliver, Suzy and their team saved my cracked and damaged fiberglass pool when I was ready to give up on it.

My pool had shifted significantly during a severe storm last fall. It was separated from the gravel base - and I was afraid it could not be saved.

Oliver and his crew came in and repaired cracks, leveled the pool, rebuilt all the plumbing and applied a new gelcoat. They also installed a new concrete surround - all in about five weeks. It looks better now than when it was originally installed!

They are not Business just residential, and they have the Worse service people they just come remove parts, that don't belong to them is property and took them without saying anything to the owner also when You ask if they will test the spa one of the guys will tell you the another department will come to test, that never going to happen in our case it never did and leaking that was supposed to be repair continues leaking when you ask them to come back and fix it they just throw the ball to a Lady then another guy and vice versa they go from one to the other and they don't want to fix Now they want to charge something that is not been fix.

Worst Service -Totally Unprofessional, don't go with their rating .

I hired Texas Fiber Glass Pool people to fix my hot tub , because their Google rating was good . Oliver came and gave me quote f around $7000 to fix the spa. once they started the work, they start adding more money and ultimately ends up around $19000. First of all they didn't pull the permit. One of their totally unprofessional guy start working and install VAC alert at wrong place , when I pointed that issue then they fixed it . after one week they told me work is done and start asking money without even testing . when we tested and found that they didn't even install any jet body , Owner Oliver accepted that and agreed to redo everything again , second time they install wrong jet bodies. jets are not working and water was coming out of air pipe..

Totally unprofessional people .

A lot of knowledge from the technician and super helpful. We are in Wichita Falls, we were told by Premier Pools that no one would help us, yet this company did! This is the second time we have had Texas Fiberglass Pools refurbish and paint our pool. Both times they also repaired leaks in the piping. They are very professional and do quality work.

I have had some bad experience with pool companies. I will tell you these men do what they say and do an amazing job. Come in work pick up after each day. Go over and beyond what they have too. After seeing his response, that's a lie. I have the contract that states ALL cracks will be fixed & the bulges on the side were cosmetic and never cracked. Issues only came from his shotty work. Still in contract and you never fixed the issues.

I sent a simple inquiry to see if someone could do leak detection on my pool and turned into hours of back and forth with an employee that kept asking the same things and then I called and spoke with her. Wow, very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable or friendly. I gave up when she told me they didn't provide leak detection even though they advertise it on their website. She finally got around to saying another company does it for them. I had enough to realize this was not the company I wanted to do business with since I also need quotes on other renovation services. I'll look elsewhere, maybe someone who actually wants business.

I had a large inground pool that had a liner. It was destroyed, and after calling numerous pool repair companies, Texas Fiberglass was out VERY quickly to give me a quote.
Yesterday they completed the pool restoration, and I must say, I didn't realize how nice it was going to look.

This experience started with Gabriel who evaluated the cost and time involved with what needed to be done. We signed a contract that day.
His crew started work in three days. The work was done in 7 days. The pool and spa were re-fiberglassed and we also had plumbing problems to repair. The crew was wonderful and the yard was picked up and cleaned every day. The pool is filling as we speak, and the grandkids have discovered they can use the pool as a slide to the deep end during the process. We are really happy with this company and will call them again as needed.

Just had our old fiberglass pool resurfaced and it looks great. The crew worked from 6:30 a.m. to 8pm beginning Monday afternoon and finishing Thursday a.m. It's a big job! I watched what they had to do and it is exacting work (and in almost 90 degree weather). I highly recommend this company and crew.

I was very impressed with Texas Fiberglass pools. Fiberglass pools are not as common in Texas as they are in Florida. I found most pool stores don't even have a recommended contractor. After doing some research I found there are four main contractors in the DFW area. I had Gabriel give us a quote a few years ago when we bought the house. I never got around to getting the pool redone until this past April. He came back out, gave us an updated quote. I had another quote from another company about the same price and a third quote that was much cheaper. I went with Texas Fiberglass pools because of their professionalism. Gabriel stayed in complete communication during the project. The workers showed up at 8am and left around 5pm, cleaning the site up everyday. We were delayed a couple days because the tile we ordered was not in stock locally. They expedited the shipping and had it ready in three days. I only wished I had them do the coping around the pool. I will have them back out this winter to complete that task. Highly recommend them.

I was extremely impressed with the work on my pool. Each person understood my urgency to have my pool finished in the time frame promised. They were kind and considerate in answering all my questions.

This is the second time I have employed Texas Fiberglass Pools for a project on my pool. The first was 4.5 years ago for an extensive leak repair and fiberglass overlay on my plaster pool. Just recently I had them return for some tile/grout work. On both occasions I worked directly with Oliver (Owner) for the consultation and estimates. My second experience was similar to the first. Absolutely professional in demeanor and execution. I must have been asked a half dozen times over the two days' work if I was happy with the progress. And , yes, at every point I was. Highly recommended.

Gabriel came out to give me an estimate for leaks in my pool. He was ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come earlier, which was perfect for me. He was extremely personable while being specific as to the problems he saw, as well as suggestions for rectification. We agreed on time-frame, cost and procedures to be completed. The day the work began, the crew got a great deal done. Day two, they hit a bump in the road...another leak! Oliver came and assessed the issue and updated
the estimate. Gabriel also came out that day. Although they were mot doing the repairs, they were still attentive and visible during the work being done. The work crew did an excellent job. My pool looks the best it has in 25 years. When they were finished, they cleaned my back yard so as though you never knew they were ever there! I passed the info along to my pool cleaning company in case they have other customers who need help with fiberglass pools. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Texas Fiberglass Pools!

We needed a resurface on our pool. We called Texas Fiberglass Pools and Gabriel came out, listed to our needs, took measurements and we discussed the details of the work to be done. Before he left, we agreed on the scope of work and the cost. I considered the cost reasonable and the work was scheduled. He and his crews started work during the heat wave during which the temp hit 108. In spite of the heat, the crews worked taking water breaks as needed to continue work in the extreme heat. Gabriel and his crews did a great job. Our pool looks great and we asked for further help in conditioning the fill water. We are very satisfied with the attention, courtesy and work done by Gabriel and his crews. Also, Oliver, the owner visited with us to assure we were satisfied.

My first project with Texas Fiberglass Pools was a few years ago. They replaced the cement for the deck, replaced the tile. Removed and put on a new fiberglass surface. The workers did a great job but were a little messy, nothing out of the normal. Oliver personally worked on the pool and checked in frequently with me on progress and satisfaction. We ran into problems with black cobalt dots showing up on the surface a couple years down the road. The pool was under warranty and Oliver graciously honored that warranty and resurfaced the fiberglass. This past year the surface began to show black dots again. Texas Fiberglass Pools made my 30+ year pool look like new again. The pool had to be leveled, bulges removed, resurfaced, new skimmer and many other repairs. The work started as soon as contract was signed and the crew arrived everyday until the job was complete. Everyone was nice and very professional. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for pool repairs or updates.

Everything was as promised in the resurfacing of my 32 year old fiberglass pool. They fixed two bulges and a couple of cracks around the lip of the pool, replaced missing ladder steps and added a railing at the stairs. Gabriel was a joy to work with. The crew was great. I'm so proud of my "brand new" pool!

We have a large 16 ft Dr Wellness fiberglass Swim Spa. It developed a crack on delivery and several attempts were made to do a simple fix but none held for long. Finally we contacted Texas Fiberglass pools and they did a very professional job on repairing the foot long crack in the side of the spa and provided a 2 yr guarantee. We now exercise in the spa every evening.

Tell me, do you enjoy paying a lot of money for something and not getting the absolute best experience? Me neither. Which is why Gabriel and his team are the absolute best. Let's face it...Pools are expensive. You need to make sure you're getting bang for your buck. Texas fiberglass pools does amazing quality work and their customer service is beyond comparison. At one point during this process, Gabriel showed up at my house at 7 am just to accommodate my work schedule. You cannot get better than these guys. Period.

I'm looking forward to continuing our partnership when we redo our entire patio and deck. Some good friends of ours had theirs redone by them, and it looks AMAZING. We had the fiberglass conversion, new pool equipment, tile work, and salt water conversion all done at once and we LOVE our pool now! You should've seen this wreck of a pool when we bought the house. Ugly 90s mosaic, broken plaster with structural cracks, you name it. Gabriel and his team transformed this thing from the black lagoon into a verifiable masterpiece.

We love our service with Texas Fiber Glass Pools. Our pool is so clear everyday, we enjoy watching the fountains. Our neighbors notice how clear the pool always stays. The maintenance comes each week on Mondays, empty the baskets, sweep the walls and floor, vacuum the floor of the pool. They add the chemicals each week. Its great we do not have to test or add chemicals. They check the equipment. And let us know of any problems that might need attention or repair. We had a pump that went out, but the good thing is Texas Fiberglass Pools gave us a bid. They took care of replacing the pump and had the pool back up and running. They take great care of pool for us.
