Grainger Industrial Supply in Dallas

Somewhat put off by 1 person in the store at a time policy. Only 1 person in front of me to wait. I understand and delt with it.
If it would have been a long wait ( < 30 minutes) would have blown off my visit.
Excellent service and prompt as usual.

Would have given 5 stars but no weekend hours cost them the 5th one!!!

I love Grainger, always helpful and very well stocked!!! If the rep who helps you doesn't know the answer to a question you have, they will admit it and ask if you mind letting them call the support line so they can get the answer for you and their own future knowledge. Decent pricing, some things are higher than other suppliers charge you but it's like the additional cost is worth it for the customer service you receive. You can buy online and pickup same day for most items, buy in store, you can ship to home or store... All around Grainger is one store I will return to time and time again. Bad thing is not open on weekends at all!!! If it's a weekend and your ac breaks you gotta find either an expensive tech or supplier!

Had hard-to-find parts in stock, and ready for pickup from my online order. Easy process with no issues.

This location is always slow...I mean no hustle ever. 20 yrs coming here and hate to pickup here. Only out of necessity!

Great and helpful staff. They assisted me with getting the correct parts to fix my AC unit.

Friendly and professional staff. Don't go to motion industries that place is trashed. What a joke. Grainger had been around since 1926 or 27.

As always a groovy place mates man.they bloody well have pretty much any thing you need.i have a account with them in California any job you need parts have it!!!.
