Grainger Industrial Supply in Dallas

Ordered a part Wednesday morning and was guaranteed to be there at 2pm today. Wasn’t there and they don’t care. Will never do business with Grainger again. I’ll order online even if takes longer. Find somewhere else if you own a business and you need parts or supplies. They don’t care.

The Useless place had the guy with glasses (fat guy to the left side entrence that works there order my bits, and I think he thought i was broke because he didn't even order the quantity I needed. Just check your orders. If you come here, said Tuesday it would be here went wensday to pick it up and called before going, and it was not there mad because i got my time wasted and canceled my order. Nice lady there helped me cancel my order

I’m a Field Engineer and work on pathology equipment in hospitals and labs. One of the electrical connections on a unit broke while servicing. I went to several hardware stores and had no luck. I decided to try Grainger and Pete was able to help me out right away. Thank you for the help the doctors at this particular site will be very happy knowing their equipment was able to be repaired thanks to this electrical connection.

Will never work with Grainger ever again!!!! They keep messing up on my order they ordered all the wrong parts in all the wrong sizes. The only good thing I can say about them is they have everything. But pleased double check what they order for you case most likely it will be in the wrong size! There team of experts didn’t know what I was talking about when I was there. When they said all the stuff I need to complete a project was included I was very upset when half the stuff i needed was not ordered!

I was unable to even find my product or place an order because the representative was more interested in being the Covid police than trying to assist me.
In spite of the fact that the governor's order only requires masks when six feet of distancing is impossible, we were held outside in 90 degree heat when only two people were occupying the 1000 sq ft showroom.
In spite of the fact that between us was at least six feet, two oversized computer screens, a large plexiglass screen, and the fact that I explained that I could not speak with my mask on, the representative refused to serve me.

Highly unsatisfactory. My business goes elsewhere!!

Have the part in stock at Dallas location and fair pricing. A bit far of a drive from their Plano location which was closer to me but we made it work.

I deal with Branch #192 a lot and they are very helpful and speedy with service getting me taken care of quickly.

Customer service guy Steve did a great job of finding what I was looking for and nd ensuring it was in stock at my closest location.

Ridiculous- cant get a phone number to the store direct to buy tools. You get a national call center instead and they do not have a clue.

These guys don't know anything go to Motion Industries trust me

These guys are the dumbest saleman they have no knowledge at all go to Motion Industries!

They have everything under the sun, but WAY over priced.
