The sales staff were prompt and thorough, pricing options were available and communication was easy online and in person or via phone/text. The work team arrived on time and completed the work as estimated in 1 day. The workers were safe and protected the work area and walking paths with coverings to reduce soil tracking and instillation equipment damage. The final product is sturdy and well installed. I expect a long life from this product. Also we had a side utility area graveled to control runoff. The granite cover is robust and deep enough to shift in heavy rain.

They sure are really quick to come do the big expensive work but when you need them to come back to do follow up, not only do they put you off for weeks on end when they do schedule an appointment which we had from 8 AM to 5 PM, a nine hour window nobody shows up!

Southern Turf Co transformed my back patio! I had many companies come out but their quote was by far the most competitive but also the most professional. Jacob brought samples, a pamphlet and really set his company apart from the others. We have lived in my home for 2.5 years and only been on our patio sparingly but now we spend at least an hour everyday since the turf was installed. The maintenance is far more digestible for us. Plus the dogs love it!

Spencer and the crew from Southern Turf Co. did an amazing job installing artificial grass in our lawn! From the very start when getting estimates, was impressed with the care and thoroughness Spencer put into the job. We have a non-standard shaped yard but he took careful measurements and planned a great project using bend-a-board to allow the grass to follow a natural curve with our landscaping. Spencer was cooperative and collaborative while working with us within our budget to ensure we were receiving the best product. He then provided excellent communication throughout the process with regular updates on delivery status, assistance preparing for the project, and transparency during the project itself. Spencer was up front about what they were doing, when they were doing it, etc., which made a large project easy to deal with on our end. Final results exceeded expectations with the grass looking phenomenal and being a significant improvement over our prior lawn. The crew was on time, worked constantly, and cleaned the site when they were done. Would highly recommend using Southern Turf Co. for your artificial grass needs and give them 10/10 for our project!

I don’t know where to even begin. I never thought I’d be SO excited about artificial grass but here I am… over the moon ecstatic.
I highly recommend Southern Turf Co. to family and friends for multiple reasons.

First, they are extremely easy to work with. Communication was 10/10. Jacob was phenomenal. He put up with not only with all my questions, but we also had to move our install 4 times (over a span of 4 months) because our pool builder just could not wrap up the project.

Second, because they do it right! Watching the crew work …it was insane. It really is a work of art. If you think you can do it yourself, you’re wrong. It is a lot of labor, meticulousness, and art. We have 2 other neighbors on our street who recently had turf installed. We have seen theirs and they came to see ours (and stopped by a couple of times during the process)… we all agree that theirs don’t even compare to ours. Not only was the process completely different but the quality of turf is extremely different.

Lastly, because the crew they have are amazing. They NEVER stopped. I have never witnessed a work crew not take breaks. Their clean up was also impeccable. They power washed our driveway and side walk and did not leave a single piece of trash. Also there was a little irrigation mishap and they were able to fix it same day!

We are SO thankful we went with them and have absolutely no regrets! Our pup is also so excited she will not need multiple baths a week 💕 My husband is happy because now there is less mowing and no grass flying into the pool. Southern Turf Company did an excellent job in installing our artificial grass at a reasonable price. We decided on artificial grass in our backyard to minimize the mud, dirt and leaves that our three dogs always bring inside.
Jocob Campana was our sales contact for the project. He was a thorough communicator and was very professional to make sure everything looked great and was on time for completion.
Which it did.
The installation crew fought through bad weather, dug up frozen sod and completed the project installation just as we had hoped for. Just wanted to thank Blake and his team from Southern Turf for doing an awesome job. Eli and his installation crew were amazing. They worked from sun up to sundown in the 100*+ heat, and got the project done in just over three days(2700 sq ft). They were very polite, detailed oriented, and cleaned up each evening. Was so nice to have a contractor that does quality work and a fair price. Will definitely be using them when we add on to our project in the future.

For those of you who have done your research you will be aware there is a lot of prep and process to install artificial grass properly. It's not cheap and it takes time but if you are looking for a good and professional company who do a great job then look no further than Southern Turf. Jacob Campana was my sales guy who took the time to show me different offerings, explain the process, and he answered all my technical questions. The materials delivery was on schedule and the experienced install crew arrived with all the heavy equipment to take off the existing sod layer, spread the paver base and roll it with the compactor, put down the weed barrier, and finally lay the turf making sure it is graded to drain properly. Redundant sprinklers were capped during the process and in one day I now have 450 square feet of lovely low maintenance garden where the grass used to be patchy and hard to maintain. My two frenchies love it and so do I.

Jacob and his team were fantastic. The communication was excellent. The team was on time and worked quickly and the results were incredible. It's like we have a brand new backyard! Can't recommend these guys enough!

They helped us transform our boring and barely usable small back yard into a place of enjoyment that our entire family can use day in and day out! Before they installed our putting green we rarely went into our back yard for something other than yard work, but ever since the putting green was installed a few months back, we have spent time in our back yard almost daily.

Blake was leaps and bounds more professional than most of the other turf companies who came out to give us a quote. He showed up on time, showed us a variety of samples of what we could choose to have installed and told us about the benefits of doing a sanded putting green, which is what we ended up getting. Our son plays on the NTX PGA Junior Tour and we wanted the best experience for him to be able to train at home, and that is exactly what we got from Southern Turf Co, thanks to Blake and his install team.

The install team was awesome. They took their time to make sure the job was done correctly, and that the putting green was rolling at the speed we wanted before they left. Blake even brought a stimpmeter so we could do tests as they sanded and rolled the greens, which allowed us to get the exact speed we asked for. The workmanship has held up the last few months wonderfully, and we are excited to spend many, many years on our back yard putting green thanks to Blake and team!

10/10. I submitted an inquiry online and heard back from STC's scheduling folks via text. They set up an initial consult for a time that worked for me, and I met with Blake. He showed me samples, and we discussed my vision and his thoughts/advice, etc. The process was extremely easy. They got us on the schedule for installation within 4 weeks (during their busiest season). Blake stayed in touch with me throughout the process and made sure everything went smoothly. The install took ~6 hours, and it immediately added so much value and utility to our backyard. We are out there every day now, and our entire family (including my very picky dog) LOVES it. It is so soft that you can lay on it in a swimsuit (which I've done.. a lot) and be 100% comfortable. Nothing but positive things to say - Highly recommend STC and Blake!!

I had been frustrated for a while with my back yard. Because I have so many trees, it was hard to get grass to grow. I decided to explore artificial turf and first called Southern Turf because of the great reviews. Blake came out and we discussed the project. A day later I got the bid and was impressed enough I didn't get any other bids. My yard has a lot of trees/shrubs, a fire pit and lots of landscape lighting. Blake came out a second time to do a walk through to answer my questions. I walked the area again with Blake when Eli and the crew came out. Eli was fantastic. He offered lots of suggestions I hadn't thought of. After they were finished they cleaned up everything beautifully. This whole process was truly seamless. I really liked the fact that I got a price and that was it. If I wanted to substitute rock for mulch or vice versa, I wasn't nickeled and dimed. Great company. Thanks Blake, Eli and team.

We contacted Southern Turf and were quickly followed up with within 1 day. Our sales rep Ryan came to the house and listened to everything we were looking to do. He was very professional and quickly assessed what would be needed to accomplish what we were looking for. After getting our quote we decided to go forward with the project. Ryan told us he wanted to use a particular foreman for the job and that it would be done by the end of October. We got a call a couple days later to let us know they'd be there the following week and done by that Friday, a full 3 weeks earlier than projected. We were thrilled! The crew came out and we walked the yard with Ryan and the foreman. They came up with several better ideas for making the yard look great, we agreed and they quickly set to work. The whole crew was awesome! They worked extremely hard, stayed on schedule and finished on time. Within 3 days of starting we had our new yard and it came out better than expected. They were creative, professional and thorough. They crew did a fabulous job of cleaning the site and leaving it beautiful and ready to enjoy. Having turf done to our backyard was on of the best development we did to our house , I think it is a must!! . do not waste your time with grass, mud , dirt , weed control, thousands of gallons of water to be wasted, mowing the yard , and have sun turf burn as this summer , bugs with all kind , un-leveled landscape , simply having a natural grass is a nightmare. I can’t say enough good things about this team! Caylie was extremely responsive. She sent me the quote 2 hours after the visit (others took 3-7 days to send over) and addressed all my questions quickly and nicely because she understood all my concerns. Eli and his team also did an excellent job on the installation. It only took them one day to finish the whole project which was amazing! The whole team had tons of energy!

I quoted 4 different companies and Southern Turf’s price was the most reasonable one. They also provided good landscaping advices. Two other companies did not suggest me to install rocks around the turf which wouldn’t be as good looking as it is now. One other company even suggested me to cap all sprinkler heads (oh and that company stood me up twice before they finally showed up!)

Lawrence and his crew did a fabulous job of installing very natural looking artificial turf in my front courtyard yard, which before the turf installation, the courtyard was just a big patch of dirt. Lawrence also did a great job of laying down stone pavers and pebbles (which he did not charge me for, as he had left over materials from a previous job). The visual change to my yard is astounding (see posted before & after images). My wife & I couldn’t be happier with the finished results. From the initial consultation to the last pebble laid, Lawrence stayed in constant contact, explained the process very clearly, answered my questions in a straight forward manner, and kept me from over spending on items that weren’t necessary. We entertain a great deal and needed a clean and manicures look in the background - also needed some pet controls. Blake was knowledgeable, thoughtful and straight forward. So we went with southern turf. Turn time was about 4 weeks but he got his crew here in three. A great team carried out the plan from start to finish and we now, a month post install we’re still amazed and how resort like our backyard looks. Why did I wait so long?? I have used my side garden more in the last month than I have in the six months before because there is no more mud being tracked into the house. We worked with Ryan as our project manager to have turf installed around a newly built pool. It was a really seamless process and quick install. We absolutely love the turf. It’s been a no-brainer with a pool, small kids and two dogs. We spend nearly everyday outside now! No more missed play days due to mud. Very pleased!

Our backyard is mostly pool but there is a 500 sq foot area on the other side that we have been unable to use because it was 75% mud. I have 3 small kids so not having a playspace in the backyard was problematic. We decided to do artificial grass and now I love the back yard again. Highly recommend these guys and you must get Dave Lasco as your consultant. In all honesty I was planning on doing this turf job myself. We just put in a pool and wanted a natural look around it. I figured I would call a few companies to come out and measure and pick their brains.

I went with Central Turf for the following reasons:

Dave was the most knowledgeable and personable about turf than any of the six guys that came out.
He knew how to measure. Sounds like an easy task right? I already had it measured out, so I knew my square footage. Out of the six quotes I only had two that the measurements were the same as mine. Some were up to 100 sq ft off. At $8 -$11 a sq ft that's like $1000. Tip. Measure it yourself first.
Dave did not try to sell me stuff that is normal when installing. Everything that should be used was in Dave's quote, and he did not make it appear they had stuff better than the next company.
We simply liked their turf selection better.
Dave said he would also be our project manager and be there for the day of installation t
o make sure the subcontractors did it exactly like we wanted it done. After 6 months of dealing with subs for our pool build, this was a huge deal for us. And true to his word, He was there and explained everything to the subs.
Their prices were right in line with all the competition.

In the end, we have a beautiful turf job around our new pool. There was one spot we were not crazy about how it came out with the drains, and Dave is having the subs come back out and fix it. I could have done the job myself, but it would not have looked this good and it would have taken me a lot longer.

After six months of a total backyard remodel my wife and I were about worn out. Dave and Central Turf were the final touch and made it so easy and painless, and we got exactly what we wanted. If you are thinking about getting turf, We highly recommend you give these guys a call, and make sure you ask for Dave.
