Daniel and his crew were excellent. The area to lay the turf was not in good shape, they cleaned everything up and created a smooth surface to lay the turf. The turf was laid with great attention to detail for the nooks and curves along the wall. After the turf was laid, they went by hand and clipped any taller blades of turf for a perfect finish.

I got quotes from 3 companies and SYNLawn had the largest selection of turf types. Our backyard was a mess as due to its small size and the close locations of neighbors, wood fences and tress, the yard did not receive enough sunlight to support either bermuda or fescue which left us with mud and dead turf.

i received quotes from 3 companies and SYNLawn had the largest selection of which we selected the SYNAugustine X47 with a TCool infill. We agreed on a price and an installation date.

The company called ahead of the the date to confirm same and to provide some insight of how the process would go and to how to contact them in case in issuea arose.

The crew arrived as scheduled and got to it. It took them a little longer to install than what was estimated, but I had no issues with this as I think the install was perhaps a little more complicated than originally thought.

We did have an issue with some areas regarding the grade, but a phone call and some pictures to the office resulted in some reworking to resolve. This came up during the final inspection, but the crew, still being on-site, fixed it immediately. The bottom line is that they took our concerns seriously and resolved the issue professionally and promptly. It was refreshing to experience such.

We are very happy with the company and the results.

We had a slight issue after the initial install - where the putting green wasn't exactly what we had requested and some of our natural grass was ruined during the install. Patricia and team were so extremely understanding, they came out to assess the damage/issues and without any pushback said they'd be back in a couple of days to fix. They stuck to their word, they came back and everything is perfect. I worked with Alexander and his team was amazing! I had a lot of requests with capping off and rerouting sprinklers and he did amazing!

The SYNLawn product is an excellent product. We will find out in 10 years 😂 The installer, Team Henry, provided a very professional experience. All of them were courteous and respectful of our yard. They were very meticulous on their installation and especially clean up. When they left you would not have known they were even there, except for the new lawn.

Fantastic Service and Quality!!! Thank can’t express how awesome the Team Junior was in installing the turf inlays around my pool. They cared as much if not more than I did about the quality of their work. It was scheduled to be a 1-day job, but the concrete company that poured the decking didn’t do it correctly to Team Junior spent a day fixing it themselves. Then installed the turf. The pool just got built. So the concrete had dirt & mud stains on it. Out of personal pride, Team Junior came back early the next day (Saturday). And spent the straight time cleaning the concrete. Again, super excited and grateful to have worked with Team Junior!

Wonderful product and service

My only concern was why I did not do this three years ago! From the first phone call this was a great process. Saul was very informative on the process, and Team Sergio did a great job. They worked their tails off in the heat, and were very courteous.

We are quite pleased with the work they did in our back yard. Team Henry really did an impressive job of the smoothing and grading work in very hot weather.

Team Sergio went above and beyond to make the yard look beautiful. They even glued duragrass on caps for the main water and sprinkler shutoff valves. Recommend them to make your yard look like paradise!!!!

Team Junior did a fantastic job. During the preparation stage, they identified some drainage issues that would have caused long-term issues with the warranty and turf. Instead of completing their task and leaving me to deal with it later, they paused their install so I could fix the issue. Once we were ready to go again, they came back and finished the job and it looks great. Very professional crew.

FANTASTIC! We've spent more time in our backyard since installation a couple weeks ago than we have in the last year of living here. The install crew was nice, professional and completed the work faster than I expected! Our sales agent Jake was also great to work with. Only complaint is that we didn't pull the trigger on this sooner! You won't regret it!!!

Wanted to provide a overall review of the Synlawn Dallas installation I had done a year ago. The product itself has been great minus the extreme heat it retains in summer. Last summer I noted a 40-50 degree difference between cement patio and the turf.

My issues revolve around the support the company provides. There were installation issues that they had to address which they handled quickly because I still had not completed payment for 2nd half of completed project. However, after payment was completed it has been near impossible to get the sales reps or company to respond back in a time manner. I actually had to address some items myself because of lack of response.

A year later, I decided to call to get the one year touch up on infill and areas of sag due to settlement in soil. For a month now, I have left numerous text and voicemails to my prior rep, two messages with the answering services, as well as message to actual employee rep who forwarded message to prior rep and his manage with still no call back.

I wasn’t just calling to have them honor their warranty and items I paid for, but to see about expanding on the initial installation in my backyard.

I tried to give benefit of doubt but it appears that unless first time customer looking to do big project, they will ignore you.

Sorry if this posted twice, I'm new at this "leaving reviews". Like others, my backyard was mess.... alternating between muddy mess or insect infested over-growth. This team has made our backyard livable again. They also worked with us to help make sure rain drainage from the yard flowed correctly!!! We are so happy with the team, the work, and the results.

Team Henry are the best & most professional turf installers ever. We were super impressed with how beautiful our yard looks.

Here are the before and after photos of my small backyard. I cannot even describe how happy this makes me. Because of the minimal sun this area gets, the grass either did not grow at all or grew in clumps and it was always muddy. SYNLawn came in and leveled the yard and did an excellent job. They also left the worksite cleaner than any other contractor I have ever had work on my house. I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking for a product that will truly simplify your life. No more mowing, weeding, feeding or watering a lawn that caused nothing but disappointment. Now it's all smiles when I look outside.

Absolutely incredible experience with SynLawn. We needed some turf in our ~200sf backyard area and we’re referred to SynLawn by a neighbor who did the same for his place.

The quote visit and follow up was very pleasant and meaningful.
We got a few other quotes and SynLawn was by far the least expensive but I feel that they were a better quality as well.

The install took from 9am-4pm and was all completed in the same day. (A week after the initial quote appointment)

Synlawn team Norberto was an efficient and hardworking team. They showed up on time at 7am and worked steadily until 7pm for 5 days. They cleaned up as they worked and again the end of each day. We purchased approximately 23 yards of turf installed on two levels against rock retaining walls. The installation is beautiful and looks so real. Our family and two dogs will enjoy this gorgeous yard for many years thanks to Synlawn and the Norberto team.

I can’t say enough about Team Lindo! So professional and the work ethic is amazing! One of the first times having contractors that I didn’t have to clean up after! I was looking to get rid of my white stone mess in the front yard of my town home. The white stones were constantly dirty, went absolutely everywhere, and the size of them made it difficult to keep them clean of debris. I also wanted a space that my dog could play in.
