We have two young kiddos and our side yard was not as accessible as it could be due to multiple types of surfaces (concrete, wood deck and grass). The Synthetic Grass Pros team changed all of that! John was great throughout the entire process, answering all our questions and making sure the final product was exactly what we wanted. We are LOVING our new side yard and have spent more time using it in the last 3 weeks than last 3 years combined!

I contacted them on a Monday to give me an estimate. John was out at the yard that same day. I had the turf installed that Thursday. Very rarely does a contractor say they will be there between 7-730 and they show up at 7. The workers were in the yard by 715 and completed before I got back home from work. I was super impressed with the communication, timeliness, and details they put into the work. The yard looks 1000% better. Deal in confident with them.

Dallas use to have five good companies when we installed seven years ago. Now I can not even keep up with how many their are. IT IS IMPORTANT that you use a company with years of experience and has the correct technique and process when installing. SGP's is that company and we are always happy with the results. Yes, turf grass is expensive to install for any company but the investment pays for itself in a few years. We have two large dogs and I would never want to go back to regular grass the clean up is so much easier. YES, put in turf you will love it! YES, I would highly recommend this company. Synthetic Grass Pros were great to work with. Jim Ed came out twice to look at our yard and answer all of our questions around what we were wanting to do with it. He even suggested a couple of things that we hadn't fully thought through. He showed up on the first day of install and made sure the crew exactly what needed to be done.
On the day of install Moises and his crew were here by 7:30 and ready to start shortly after. They made sure we had a care out of the garage since they needed the drive way most of the day. They also helped get a large metal post in concrete out of the ground along with fixing an issue with our sprinkler system. The crew didn't slow down both days they were here and were very friendly. They also looked like they truly enjoyed work which speaks volumes.
On the final day of install the crew did a full run through with our sprinkler system to make sure everything was working. There were a couple of sprinkler heads that didn't get a cute for and they quickly fixed them and we were left with an amazing backyard.
We have already used our new yard and putting green daily and don't see it slowing down anytime soon. We have fallen in love with our backyard again and we can't wait to use it for many years to come. Thank you Jim Ed, Moises and Crew, we greatly appreciate everything you did!

Sean, Francisco and their respective crews exceeded the high expectations I already had for them from several neighborhood referrals. From the initial no-pressure and transparent sales process all the way thru final detailing of the installation every single representative of the company was top-notch. Communication through unexpected weather issues was great. The crew was very respectful of our space and our continuous needs to get vehicles out of garage, etc. Install was immaculate and I knew I chose the right company when I saw a crew member turning over the new mulch in one of our beds to hide the sand that had been blown into the bed as part of the install process.

Extremely poor customer service. 16 months after installation I have sinkholes in my yard and unsecured edges. Despite multiple calls last week, I haven’t received a call back. The salesperson I worked with Sean, is no longer with the company. Warranty is useless if the company won’t return calls

We used Synthetic Grass Pros in the winter of 2022, to install turf in our backyard. We were happy with the job, but then it started to come up on the edges and there are ripples in it. This is not uncommon - we have had turf installed from other companies and this can happen. The difference is that the other companies stand behind their product and come out and fix it! We have called Synthetic Grass Pros - both our sales agent and the direct office - FOUR TIMES and cannot get them to service this job. Absolutely unacceptable and we will never use them again - and will suggest our friends and neighbors never use them as well. In addition, we will escalate this complaint in a week.

We've used Synthetic Grass Pros twice for our backyard. We just had them turf the second half which included a putting green. They did a great job and I've recommended them to anyone looking for turf. Sean is always great to work with on the upfront side. They're very easy to work with in regards to coming out for occasional maintenance or if we need them to roll back the turf (sprinkler repair, new patio install, etc.). I would highly recommend them.

I am so happy we chose Synthetic Pros for our installation. They really do deserve all the 5 star reviews here. The contractor, John Pool, walked me through all of the alternatives and told me they could probably remove our grass and install the turf in a single day. I was incredulous but when the day came, a large crew showed up early and started to work on it hard, complete pros too. They were pleasant to deal with, courteous and respectful of the property; they took the time to explain all the parts that went into the project. When the turf installation was complete, they noticed a water leak issue on one of the sprinkler lines. Other companies could have said the damage was already there, or worse, just say nothing at all. These guys just worked on it for as much time as it was needed, worked on it until it was resolved. They didn’t question it, just saw an issue and resolved it. And they did complete the job in a single day. Happy to recommend them!

This is my second time to use Synthetic Grass Pro's and hopefully not the last. This time I had turf and a putting green put in. I am being honest when I say they put as much time and effort into installing a real putting green. I witnessed Josua and team several times running back and forth to their truck. Josue and his team were extremely professional and did an incredible job. Every single day my wife and I say how happy we are with the turf we put in our backyard. They also put down rock on the side of our yard for us. We had forgotten to tell them we wanted tiki torches buried in the rock, but they were so nice and accommodating. They put up the torches perfectly how we wanted them. We are so happy with our decision, and we could not have had better service than we had with this team!!

First rate experience from beginning to end. Was tired of dealing with Texas’s soil conditions, turf maintenance and disease so decided to replace my very large front yard. John Pool, who is responsible for Residential Sales, was such a professional and went above and beyond to meet my expectations. He located a particular product variety that I preferred and gave me a great price. Signed the contract on a Thursday, they started installation on Tuesday and the job was completed on Wednesday. Leon led the job site crew and was very knowledgeable in explaining the process and answering any of my questions or concerns. Clean-up was ongoing so never a mess with which to contend.

These guys were amazing from the first call. They came prepared with samples and provided pricing within the same day!!! Within a week of approval, the crew was on site ready to go. Not only did they do wonderful job with the installation, but that also did it with continuous courtesy. When they were complete, they left everything the way it was before they got there. Amazing work! It looks absolutely beautiful and the crew was awesome. This grass looks so real I wish I could afford to do my whole acre.

I had this product installed at my pet resort for our dog daycare play yards. Right away, the product was torn up by dogs. They fixed it once or twice complementary and then after that started charging me $1000 or more each time to come out and fix it. I paid over $60,000 to this company to turf my yards in and very disappointed in the installation. They claim it is the dogs fault however, they’re fully aware we are a dog facility and come to find out it was their installation process. Instead of wrapping the turf around the board and securing it underneath the board, they staple the turf to the edge of the board allowing dogs access to get a nail under it and rip it up. I’m going to eventually have to replace the turf and I have had to patch many many areas ourselves due to the poor installation process. I would not use this company for a commercial product with dogs.

JIM ED was prompt at returning my phone call for a bid request. At the measurement meeting, he brought samples for me to look at, talked about the various product options & the process in which it would be installed.

I got several bids from various companies and found Synthetic turf pros product to be of better quality, and therefore awarded them the contract.

A day and time of 7:00am was set. The crew was on time, actually a few mins early. Which was impressive, as contractors today seem to have no regard for other people's time. I was very pleased they were on time, which shows respect for the customer and the job.

I met the crew, quickly walked the foreman thru the job, he asked if I had questions. While I was talking with the forman the crew wasted not a second to start unloading their tools and products in the back yard in what appeared to be a methodical pre-determined location(s) and promptly went to work. It was very clear that everybody had a job to do & everybody did their job - there was no standing around by employees looking for directions.

The crew foreman called me about an hour before they finished to say they were starting to wrap up. Unfortunately I got hung up in a meeting and couldn't make it back before they left. When I arrived home I found the job completed clean washed and blown off. The attention to detail to getting the grass around my rock bordered bed was perfectly done with turf cut into the cracks and crevices between the rocks, shows the attention to detail.

The end result is a spectacular looking Product, and a spectacular looking back yard. This is my second house back yard to be done by synthetic turf pro's, and would not have a second thought about having them perform another installation for me in the future. I was very impressed with what I experienced, and without sounding corny or cliché I do seriously recommend them to anybody who is looking for synthetic grass installation.

I found SGP via a neighborhood recommendation on nextdoor.com and have been very pleased with their installation in my backyard. Pricing was reasonable and the installation was professional and efficient. Over the past 16 months, there has been some settling in my yard and a few small (tiny) depressions formed on the turf. Nothing major, but I was concerned about these developing into something more as time went on. Marco at SGP quickly dispatched a team to fix the minor issues. In addition, they re-rolled my putting green, which needed a little attention too. The turf is as good as new and I look forward to it lasting for many years to come. I continue to be impressed by these guys. Our installation process went really well — very professional and meticulous throughout the process and the clean-up. After six months we noticed a shallow spot near a sprinkler head. I worked with Jim Ed and Fandy to coordinate the in-warranty repair which was completed promptly. Fandy and his team did a great job fixing the issue, and then went over and beyond by power-brushing the entire yard, blowing it off, then offered to sanitize/deodorize the yard (all complimentary). Very impressed.

I just did a renovation to my home which required parts of the turf in the yard to be peeled back and a line dug for my electrical to be buried - was so worried this was going to destroy my yard but Jason's team put it all back together and it looks just as good as install day. Will be having them come out again to do the last section of the yard once my guest house is built. One of the most professional companies we have done business with.

Reached back out for my 2nd job totaling 18k and got blown off by Sean. Sure they do great work, but horrible communication should not go along with that. He’s lost my business and I’m not referring anymore customers, I’ve referred 3 jobs over 4 years.

So should have written this months ago and totally forgot. I had turf installed in my back yard and absolutely love it and while the product is awesome what really makes it is the company who has been super easy to deal with in the picking of the grass. Great knowledge in finding the right grass for your needs. The installation was done by a super professional crew and it has held up well for the last 5 months. Then I busted a pipe under my turf and called them to help me out. The crew was amazing again. They patched the pipe and if you did not know they came out you could not tell. The grass looks brand new and they re-brushed it with the machine so the whole yard looked perfect before they left. A friendly professional company that is just easy to work with.

The team that arrived was prompt and professional!! Got the job done quickly and it looks fantastic! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience we have had! Everything from start to finish was uneventful. Sean came out to give us the estimate and share with us what Synthetic Grass Pros could do for us. We have a very shady backyard and could NOT get the grass to grow. The day of the installation couldn't have been better. They were scheduled to arrive at 7:15 and they were prompt and what a crew that we had. Everyone had a task and they were efficient, but more than that ---- you could tell, they loved their job. We now have another area that we need to upgrade and guess who we are calling? You guessed it, Synthetic Grass Pros. They are the best.

These guys are top notch. I had a green installed by a "cheaper" company, and got what I paid for. These guys bailed me out, made a very professional repair job (almost a complete replacement), and it looks fantastic. Cheaper ain't always better...go with the pros!

This company truly knows the meaning of customer service. This initial install was perfect. The crew showed up early and got straight to work. My nosy neighbor watched every moment of their work and she commented to me later that she had never seen such a hard working crew. The turf was beautiful. Then disaster struck. Another company (who will remain nameless) came to bury a piece of fiber optic cable and they lifted two edges of the turf and really meed it up. They didn't know how to put it back in place and left a sloppy mess behind them. I called the problem in to Synthetic Grass Pros and got back on their schedule. They rolled a truck and put everything right. I am impressed with this company. Their crews are on-time, work until the job is done, and are polite and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Talk to them about what you need. They will explain things clearly and answer any questions that you have.

The best installations of premium artificial turf around.

Out of all of the synthetic turf companies out there, I found this diamond, Synthetic Grass Pros. I needed an area for my dogs to conduct their "business" as they wore down the real grass, and this was the best solution. Scotty, from S.G.P. highly suggested their K9 Deluxe turf for the dog run area. Their crew was on time, and kept the work area clean the entire time. They kept me current on the entire process, answered all of my questions and reviewed the entire area when they finished. My existing drainage and sprinkler areas were kept in consideration, sprinkler heads were capped where needed. I would absolutely hire them again.

I found Shawn online and noticed the positive reviews so I gave him a call and he came out. I have a small fenced in backyard that had major drainage issues. It always stayed too muddy to grow grass well and my boys didn't enjoy playing in it. Sean and his team came out quickly, gave me a very fair and transparent quote for synthetic pet turf, new stone patio and planting beds, ran conduit for electrical for my electrician to install lights and speakers, etc. I have never experienced such attention to detail by every crew member, complete adherence to the work quoted and even going above and beyond in a couple of places. I cannot recommend Shawn and Synthetic Grass Pros highly enough!

From the initial no-pressure and transparent sales process all the way thru final detailing of the installation every single representative of the company was top-notch. Communication through unexpected weather issues was great. The crew was very respectful of our space and our continuous needs to get vehicles out of garage, etc. Install was immaculate and I knew I chose the right company when I saw a crew member turning over the new mulch in one of our beds to hide the sand that had been blown into the bed as part of the install process.
