Service Water Heater in Dallas

This was my first experience having to deal with a homeowners claim & significant water damage & mold. My small bathroom was almost a complete GUT job. The 1st team I encountered was the Demo Team. They were very open & easy to work with. Communication was easy and everyone that worked on the project was friendly, respectful & cared about the work they did and respected my home. The next team that came in was the Rebuild. The project MGR was Fantastic & the contractor that was used who rebuilt my entire bathroom, completed electrical, plumbing, painting and ALL drywall & finish work!!! Everyone was AMAZING especially during this very stressful time.
I 100% would recommend this service/company to anyone in need. ~ ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER!! Thanks to ALL the Guys!!

We had a house fire that caused fire soot and water damage in our entire home. We called Servpro in the middle of the night and Jim Brown arrived at our house early the next morning and immediately started making it livable again. It's a very stressful to experience a house fire, Jim kept us calm and created clean living space quickly and perfectly! Jim is so experienced in the process he also helped in little ways I could have never imagined. Shout out to his team Monte, Corey and Elias!. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend !

A BIG thanks to Servpro of Lowell for cleaning the interior of my car where someone had an accident on my cloth seats. Job well done, it really was like it never even happened. Great crew, great company.

These guys are crooks. Prepare to be double charged, have your personal property damaged and have functioning electrical outlets wrecked or covered. These guys didn't finish the job, were completely unresponsive to numerous calls. I guess they just have too much business. 9 months later and still waiting for them to finish the job they started. I bet I'll get a reply now. HELLO.

After my water heater let go in my basement and we got flooded in the middle of the night, I call Servpro immediately. They came very quickly with huge dehumidifiers and fans. They had to empty the contents of the basement, and carried the container tubs outside to a rented storage shed. They also arranged for this rental, and also got Junk King to come and pickup damaged items. The owner, Jim Brown did everything he could to make it right. The motto, "Like it never happened" is true. The workers were polite and very hard working. I would strongly recommend you contact them if you have any cleanup situation. I called for an estimate follow up and the lady on phone started to yell at me because she was having a bad day, and said "they will only do what I want them to do and nothing else". Poor communication. And THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP ON CUSTOMERS and very unresponsive on the phone. Won't recommend them.
