I highly recommend Share Cleaning & Restoration if you're looking for someone to take care of any water damage. We had a leak in the house due to failed caulking on the siding + windows of our house. The water damage was in a hard to reach space (about 15+ ft above the floor) but the team had all the necessary tools and took care of the job swiftly.

The team also went above and beyond to clean up after themselves (i.e., ladder markings on our wall that was far beyond what we could reach) and left the place looking just as it did before the leak.

We’ve used Share Cleaning for almost 6 months, since losing a housekeeper we’d had for 40 years. I didn’t think I’d ever find anyone who could clean as well as her, but Jesse, who owns Share Cleaning, and his employees are amazing! After major water damage with everything in the house moved to pods while flooring was replaced, my contractor suggested I hire Share Cleaning to clean up the resulting dust and chaos. I had moved all my computer equipment, including speakers and a SnapScan scanner to the kitchen table, so I would know where all of it was and could put it back where it belonged. There was no sign of the speakers or the scanner after the cleaners left but I thought it might be because those were fairly small and had been moved somewhere else. It's more than a month later and there is no sign anywhere of those 2 items. I called Jesse Olivares to ask him where his crew may have put those things or if they may have taken them inadvertently. He asked about my alarm system, questioned whether I was there (I was) and if the water remediation people may have taken them. Alarm was on, the water remediation people denied any knowledge nor would they have been able to get those things since I was in the kitchen the whole time they were here and the contractor set the alarm himself. Jesse continued to deny his crew took anything and only agreed to come look for himself at the remaining boxes I've looked through already at an hourly fee. I asked if he were bonded and insured and he said he was but repeated that his crew did not take anything. He also said he was here the whole time. He was not though I certainly was. This is totally unacceptable. If his crew misplaced those items, they would have turned up by now though there was no reason to move them. He also told me he charged the contractor $100 less than I was charged but I saw his invoice. Another untruth. Terribly disappointing that with all the problems with flooding, the disarray, all my belongings put into pods and then to have items taken or being told his crew did not take anything without asking them, is unacceptable and unreasonable. I'd be very careful using these people. If you do, be around the whole time and take pictures. I do NOT recommend this company at all. Beware!

Jesse the owner is a liar and a complete jerk. He wrote his response after I told him I would be leaving an extremely truthful and honest review that would hurt his business, he wrote his before I had the time to edit my review with our experience we had with this HORRIBLE and DISHONEST company.
Jesse and his crew came after a no show the first time and had offered to do a few things like oven cleaning, baseboard cleaning and fridge cleaning for free to compensate for his no show before. I reluctantly agreed to give them another try. Bad mistake.
He showed up and immediately asked for supplies, a ladder, vacuum, things that he needed to complete the job he came to do, which I thought was a bit off considering any other company we have had clean never comes unprepared. He then 2 minutes later asked us to turn off the a.c. because it was too cold for his worker. Again, something that was very weird to me given his crew would be working and sweating, a little a.c. should feel nice. So right off the bat, upon arrival asked for many things that are off for a professional company to ask their customer. I told him not to touch the a.c. and I was leaving and had left the check to pay him on the counter.
10 minutes later I check the a.c. from my phone security app and see he indeed turned off our a.c. after I said very clearly do not touch. So I texted him immediately and he responds right away and LIES and says he didn't touch it. So now we are 12 minutes into their arrival and I feel a very odd and bad feeling because he just lied to me and it doesn't feel right anymore to have them in our home. So immediately I tell him please STOP what you are doing and leave my house immediately, I don't feel comfortable with you in my home anymore. He responds via phone call and tries to say it's ok I just have bumped it, it won't happen again. I said no you would have had to go Into the settings to turn it off, now you are lying I don't feel comfortable please leave now. He refused.
I was right around the corner and arrived back home no more than 18 minutes of their arrival. I walk in and he acts like nothing is wrong and I didn't just ask him to leave. He refused to leave. He said his 2 person crew was already done upstairs, I said you have been here for 18 min how is that possible? I said please return my check I am not satisfied at all, you guys just got here 18 min ago there is NO way very much if anything has been done. He gave me a hard time about leaving after I said it MANY times. Finally he started to leave but he refused to give me my check back. He did not perform the services he was hired to do so why would I pay him? Especially after all he has said and lied about. After womanizing me, my husband had to come inside and Jesse immediately gave the check back. Jesse made a scene.

I saw them cleaning my neighbors house so I went over there and introduced myself and had a nice chat with the owner Jesse. He gave me his business card and I told him I would be in touch to schedule a day for them to come clean our home. I have 4 little kids and it's very hard for me to find time to clean so when I found them and saw their great reviews I was very excited. I had been texting Jesse to make the appointment and get us on their schedule. Today they were supposed to come at 10am to clean for the first time and at 10:30 They still had not shown up so I sent him a text to let him know I had to leave to go to an appointment so I would not be late and he seemed very nonchalant about them being late and it being our first time to have them clean. I'm sad that we didn't get a chance to have them clean but even more sad that he didn't seem to much to care and that it now left a bad impression of their company. I have little kids and we have a lot of activities and appointments we have to go to so I really would have appreciated at least a text or phone call saying they were running a bit behind, that would have changed a lot! Especially since he had my number and we had been texting the few days prior to schedule the cleaning. Bummer!

They always do an amazing job. The first time they came I asked if they could clean the windows a little and they cleaned every window in the house inside and out - they’d never been so spotless! The last time they were here they even took apart the bathroom ceiling fan to clean inside the light - and I didn’t even ask them to do that.

They’ve been cleaning our place for a couple months now. We tried a different company earlier and they started to slack after a while. But this company is top notch. They are very personable and treat you like family. Always very flexible.

For personal reasons, I had to move out of state on short notice. Therefore, I was in a hurry to sell my condo. I called Jesse at Share Cleaning late on a Friday afternoon for a last minute "deep clean." He was able to come over the very next day; he and his team did at least 6.5 hours of cleaning, less than 24 hours after the request at a reasonable price.

Absolutely wonderful job cleaning the windows at our restaurant, Oni Ramen. They were very dirty and this was the first cleaning with Share Cleaning (won't be the last). A few companies that did quotes charge extra for the first "deep" clean but not Share Cleaning...and if they did, they are extremely affordable. Not to mention that the workers were very friendly and finished promptly. Recommended highly for restaurant window cleaning!
