Standard Supply is a private and independently owned distributor of air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration equipment and related parts and supplies in the HVAC/R industry. We currently operate with 28 locations in Texas and 6 in Oklahoma. We Set The Standard for service by Delivering Solutions to our contractors.
We needed to replace a few vents at a property we have for sale and another supplier recommended we call Standard Supply. I was thrilled there was one on my way home so it made the experience convenient for sure - moreover, however, is the customer service I experienced with Jose Deanda. He was SUPER polite, professional and very helpful - he even boxed and carried my items to my car for me. In addition to Jose, the other Team Members that were on-site were also very polite. It's refreshing!
These counter sales guys don't know what Flux is. SMH.
The customer service was the best! I got there really close to 5pm and they still helped me get everything I needed. Will definantly be going back for a automated damper.
